The sales representatives are very knowlagable and always ensure you know what you are leaving the store with and that you understand the billing ! Learning sessions are avalible and extreamly useful for newbies to phones ! I went in and had a 1.5 hour learning session when I switched from Apple to samsung and I was taught everything on how to operate the phone and use it's settings :) overall amazing experience !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two employees in the store that are weird with me - won’t let me pay with credit all the time & are generally rude and unenthusiastic, I can’t help but take this personally. I’ve had amazing experiences up until these last few times, I wish I knew why or what it is. Very disappointed and uncomfortable with entering the store because of these men! When I’m not alone in the shop, the service is better. Wish there was another location in town! Thinking about switching providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the best customer experiences I have had with in a retail store. After talking to the store manager Jason in the morning, he said to come in after work and one of his associates would help us out. John went above and beyond after having to deal with my daughters phone getting stolen and upgrading the other 2. As I am in retail aswell, I really appreciate your team staying past 9:00pm to get the 3 new phones activated and ready to go. Thanks again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment last minute, and they were able to help me right away. The associate helped me find a plan that suites my needs and explained everything clearly throughout the whole process. They were set up to help two customers at a time safely with masks as well as plexiglass (in case anyone is worried about going to the store in person).
