★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place for having shopping carts in the store! ?? No matter what day of the week you shop there, 3 out of 5 times they do not shopping carts inside. Their response is someone is always gone to bring some in. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service experience with the manager. Went in to do a hardware upgrade while being a student away from home and made it such a hassle to find out that I am unable to do it that day. Also they never have anything I needed in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to the store to get help making a change to my account because I kept getting disconnected on the phone, some fat white kid told me he wont do anything to help! Most useless employee ever! Switching from rogers now, HATE YOU ROGERS! DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE OR GOING TO ROGERS PERIOD!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service for out of town customers. My son(away at school)lost his phone and we need to get him a new one. They won’t allow him to add a phone to our plan unless he is on our account for 30 days. Worst experience ever. They made him sign for a separate plan and would not give him his same number. We have contacted Rogers on the phone and they sent him a phone and he was to return the other phone (within 15 days). They will not take back the other phone back because the phone cord is unresalable (dirty)and he doesn’t have the twist tie for the cord. Problem is they have not delivered the exact phone that was sent 2 weeks ago. He could simply remove the phone from the box and return it with a new cable never opened and everything including the twist tie. They are all about the commission made on the phone and nothing else. Won’t be getting anymore of my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow just wow.... so not impressed Austin and Kelly at this store, they were so disrespectful and rude... because we are from out of town they expected us to wait for a manager approval to receive our new devices when we had already discussed everything with an employee over the phone that said we could go into any store and pick it up right away. We decided to go to another store who gave us the devices no questions asked. Went to Barry down store instead wonderful service Emily was amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Every time I've walked into this place the customer service reps seem lost and don't know what they are talking about. Apparently apple watches are a special order so the one girl (who was training someone else) told me she would order one for me and we would start the process of setting it up on my account when it comes in. Two weeks go by and I call the store back just to have the girl tell me that nothing was ordered in my name. Super frustrating. Makes me think, what was she typing in on the computer for 10 minutes while she was supposed to be ordering one for me?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst experience ive ever had trying to get a phone. Extremely limited stock (were out of the majority of what they advertise) and when asked for the identificaion for buying a phone i provided 5 separate pieces of identification and was still turned away even though i already have an active account. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. I will NEVER be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SO went in-Sales associate did not install SIM cards to new device, did not transfer contacts/data to new devices, citing lack of WIFI as the reason. Did not explain how to set up the new device. Very Poor customer service. -5 stars.
