The worst customer service and don't pay attention to the customer service always focused on money.If you are the loyal customer don't upgrade anything it's a cash trap.I talk with them lot of time they respond me after my giving them five call and later on they send the bill like I buy two phone and they gave me credit for one setup service fee and charge for other.What kind of company is this.

Donnot go with fido i i reported my cell missing in 2019 oct and they still billed me to this day i they did not called me or email me to see whats goin on they billed me for 14 months at 43$ i am out over 600 they DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER S ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY

Not friendly, not helpful either, so I went around the corner to Tbooth wireless. I ended up going with Fido as a carrier anyway. Fido booth has the worst customer service, and limits you to only one carrier.

Avoid this place they dont tell you all the extra charges and lied about me getting 120$ back on my first bill i was told i had to pay 120$ upfront but it will be credited to me on my bills well that didn't happen.Well an update they also lied about the 120$ credit i have 2 accounts with fido and they will be history when my term is done.

Ordered my phone through Fido.ca All went well, got the email that my phone was shipped, got a phone call the next day from this exact store that my phone had arrived. Went to pick it up and they told me I couldn't buy it without a contract. Showed them my invoice, showed them the email, showed them that they called me, but they still said I had to go with an XXL plan. I showed them the Fido website where I can buy it "no term" and their explanation was that would be the price if I wanted to buy it outright. Every time they lied to me, I called them out on it. The immediate response was "that is my best guess". Then he coached the girl in a different language and she kept relaying what he was saying. He had also called his manager who called the district manager in a matter of 20 seconds. In the end, Fido came through for me, but this Gab Wireless is a third party seller for Fido. They do not have to follow what Fido says. A very bad experience with them and I'll gladly explain to them next time at the mall my end result. I wish I could give no stars. Save the aggravation and do not deal with them.

I love the service, the only thing I don't believe is right is that Fido sells my number to a third party. I strongly believe you are responsible for all these garbage calls I get, saying that I owe money and to press 1 to speak with an officer now. Please explain what gives you the right to sell my number? I did read in the contract that you do this, but I don't agree.
