I've been vaping for 6 years, the orion dna plus is what I picked up from them.
It's premium small pod system with pods, coils and a battery with multiple settings and firmware updates.
The staff was nice and helped me out even though he was basically closing. I love cats but the smell of cat was a little much, idk if it was from that store or a neighbouring unit though.
Would go back again but it's not in my area. Just went for the vape and the wicked price :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a regular customer of allo I’ve decided to visit this location over the last couple of months. 3 packs on average every week and a half. Unfortunately my experience today will send me back to shopping online. When I brought back a defective pod I received a lecture about the associated 10yrs experience in the industry and no responsibility for this issue. He went further to discount his colleague Doug who I’ve been dealing with previously that he took returns because he wasn’t experienced?????????After talking he agreed on giving a 25% discount to keep me happy. At checkout he didn’t honour that , we said the discount he mentioned was the best and he cannot offer me the 25%. Would you continue buisness with this attitude an poor customer service?

Allow me to elaborate so you will understand better. 1)The last 5 transactions, buying three packages at a tim cost 40.68 with taxes.
2) I came to your associate because the 1st pod had issue drawing and a burning taste. Came back with original case and 3 pods the used pod had more than 3/4 left.
3)You offered 25% off…explain to me how your charge of 33.98 is 25% off?
