Rob answered my phone call and was super rude!
Made me feel like if I was asking him for free items.
This happened in February 19 around 1 24 pm

โ โ โ โ โ After having quit smoking and moving to e-cigarettes about 7 years ago, first I can't express how much better I felt as the "quitter's flu" passed and I could breath, taste and smell better.
Back in 2015, there didn't use to be a lot of reliable places. The first place I bought a starter kit at was a small apartment above a mosque and they mixed their nicotine juice right there. These days companies make fantastic quality and tasting juice in pharmaceutical grade labs and finding decent prices can be tough when there's not a weekend or holiday sale.
Canvape has been my go to place as I no longer have to wait for a sale-- they have the high quality products in stock every single time I've ordered and are almost always lower priced than my other local shops.
I can't recommend this shop enough, if you want to quit smoking, go see them. If you want a decent quality nicotine juice, go see them. If you need to upgrade your vaporizer, go see them.
They've stolen my business from multiple shops in Toronto!

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered online from them and I their coffee liquid is not bad at all. the coils work great and they have spare glasse for my vape which is not easy to come by, also shipping time seems very reasonable.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible customer service, purchased 5 vape kits there, sales associate recommended and sold me the wrong juice for my pods, taste was very very burnt, then refused to exchange for a smaller bottle of the correct juice which was still a loss to me, instead they told me that there was nothing they could do.How about not reccomendening people products if you dont know what your doing. I'll NEVER spend another dine there. Also very very grumpy staff, make you feel like a pain in the rear every time your there. They can't get you out the door fast enough.

โ โ โ โ โ I have only ordered online as my local vape store has become sketchy. I have always had a good experience. I like that canvape stocks mods etc, that are harder to find in Canada. Items are usually shipped in a timely fashion. I've only had one order sit for a week before shipping, but there was crazy weather in ontario. The only complaint I have is customer service is a little lacking. Would recommend this store any day.
