Such a bad experience never buying their product I had to wait 6-7 weeks for service we run a restaurant with out a toaster for 7 weeks bad service

Terrible customer service. I highly recommend trying a different service company. I called to dispute an invoice as I was billed way too many hours for a small job and they wanted nothing to do with it. I've had problems in the past and have tried to escalate the problem but the dispatcher on the service line will not escalate.

The service come and looked the dishwasher he said it will cost over $1,000. $ to repair so we said not now so he send $ 249.20 bill come on in this time of no business ??

My personal experience with HOBART has been terrible. Rude customer service and the technicians have been okay. If you purchase a HOBART piece of equipment, be warned, you must use their technicians because all of their equipment is password protected.

Purchased over 10 supposedly high quality units. 2 of which broke down in less than 1 yr. Service turn around time is over a week and issue still not resolved. Units especially fridge and freezers cannot have such long turnaround time for services. Restaurants cannot operate without all units for 2weeks. We were promised same day service (within 24 hours) from your autourzied dealer when we made the purchase. Over $100,000 for such service is really not acceptable. We spent alot more for a reliable brand, not this. Management team please address.

I dont know what others have experienced but my experience was 5star all the way. From the guy who answered my call and set up the service tech to the actual tech (named Sal). He arrived as he said he would at the time he stated and was clean professional and fully equipped to handle our problem. It took him about 1hour to solve something that's plagued us for 3 days and multiple attempts with multiple people and other handymen . I give these guys 5stars. Mar11/2021 we had to call for service on our commercial oven today because of the temp knob/dial was broken and made the oven useless. So when Hobart sent my man Sal to our restaurant today I knew we were in good hands. The job required the replacement of the thermostat and let's just say the window of opportunity to do this work was between 230pm and 5pm (in between lunch and dinner). Sal was thorough and professional and ensured our new part was installed within the timeframe and with no time to spare as our phone was ringing with takeout orders. Thank you Sal and Hobart!
