Through out the two mortgage transactions he handled for us, there was absolutely no issues or concerns. He was always pleasant, professional and very responsive to any and all questions. He truly made the entire experience stress free, even with some very unique and challenging circumstances we had with a renter situation. He was very supportive and worked with us to overcome any challenges. His team has also been extremely pro-active always providing any beneficial information to us as home owners. Don was always there to answer any of our many questions and help guide us through the process. Even after the mortgage was obtained Don was checking in and making sure all was going well with our new mortgage. Two years prior to buying our current house I had contacted Don about a mortgage and when we ultimately decided not to buy at that time.
