A classic case of someone banks would normally deny and B lenders would only offer a very high rate and an additional 1% lending rate. She got our mortgage approved, and that too at the A-lending rate (almost half of what B-lenders were offering). She is very knowledgeable, hardworking and a professional with the right intent and values. If you are looking for someone trustworthy and approachable, then she is the one!
