A little over a month ago, I recently went to a Nutrition House at Scarborough Town Centre to purchase organic pills and all went well and the service there was great and the staff there took their time to help me to find on what I need. Once I was finished those pills I decided to check out this Nutrition House at Fairview mall since it was closer to work, the staff there at the time mentioned that they did not have the same product as that location and suggested a similar product, I proceeded to ask her questions in regards to returns/refunds in case I need to exchange the medicine, she told me that there will be a 14 day exchange or refund as long as I have my receipt and I even joked with her saying I won't be those customers who will return it with a 1/4 bottle empty. I took the new organic pills for a few days and it had little to no affect on me compared to the previous medicine, I had no time to return since time/work was a factor so when I finally did I was still within my 14 day return/exchange policy. I decided to call to see if they have this product just in case they have received new shipment and the management mentioned that they don't carry that product and told me that I won't be able to get a refund or exchange and at that time I was confused how that's possible when the previous employee told me I was able to, the manger was polite and professional while explaining to me how they're not able to do that, I did get frustrated at the situation on how she told me I could and he told me " I've trained my staff for 20 years and everyone knows that we won't be able to return anything that's already be opened, take a look at the receipt it clearly shows that there is no exchanges or refunds on opened bottles" at that time I didn't have the receipt in front of me so I couldn't really explain to him that there's no policies in regards to that, so we went back and forth on he said she said and at that time, I felt like I just lost $45.xx. After the phone call I grabbed my receipt from my wallet and at the bottom, no where it states what he mentioned to me about no refunds or exchanges on open bottles. In that case I went to the Nutrition House at Fairview and brought to his attention in person showing him that no where it states that I can't do returns or refunds on opened bottles and the manager kept on making excuses that he can't do refunds or exchanges or refunds because how is he suppose to resell it or do with it after.. Which is understandable because I don't know whats the following procedures after returning opened bottle of medicine for the company, and I told him " its not fair how I heard it verbally and seen it on the receipt that I could return or exchange" and he chuckled and said " I called the employee that you spoke to on that day and she remembers clearly who you were and how she NEVER mentioned the 14 day return/exchange policy and laughed". At that time it made me upset how he told me that she laughed at situation which is unfair for me to hear and how employees will treat their customers. I eventually got a store credit which is good enough for me. Something needs to be done in regards to the actual return policy and how things will be proceeded because receipt says I can but management said I can't. Overall this has been one of the worst experience I had with a business and 100% I will never return to this location.

Always the best customer service and best prices on products in the area. Become a regular and they offer courtesy discounts. My go to place for supplement needs. During the pandemic, I have still been able to get my products via curb side or delivery. Thanks guys!

The rudest owner and staff. i bought a C4 and once i come home i noticed that the product is expired i went back to the store to return it they were very rude. I went to GNC and i bought a fresh C4 for 18 dollar and they nutrition house sold the expired one on almost 40 dollar. do not go and shop there you will regret it

They don’t know what is Cusromer service at all. Very rude and ignorant. Know wander they have very poor rating. Went their and asked for some hair supplements. They didn’t even bother to explain or care. Sales man was around 50 year old but still not didn’t learn how to behave. I will never visit there again. I wish their was option to give zero star.
