I was pleased to find and work with Master Jo since November 2021. I was searching for a coach who knows what he is doing for a long time since I was working out like a pro before and I knew coaches and I was doing coaching myself . HE IS NEXT LEVEL. I confirm , Not only I have lost almost 20 lb of extra weight but also I have increased my momentum ,physically and mentally .If you are committed to help yourself , your life and your family to improve and be more happy and healthy , he is the right person. He is not only a coach and a great friend , but also he is a mentor. He is a scientist and he knows the body like a physician, long story short , he knows stuff. If you were lucky and committed enough to get his instruction and mentorship , then it will be about what you have to think and do to get to a point many times more and gratifying than what you ever imagined. So, Dear Master Jo, if you ever read this note which is from my heart : I am proud to be your student , client and friend . You are the one , so please teach me more !! I recommend Jo not only as physical trainer but as a person with great motivation and energy, I believe in physical along with mental health and that’s exactly what he helps. He has great experience to improve lifestyle. He is caring for you, what you eat, and your health overall. I got great results within just a few weeks and surely want to continue. February 2017: Highly recommend Trainer Jo's Academy. From my own experience, I am 3 weeks into my program, dropped 17 lbs to date, am incrementally physically stronger and more stable on my feet. Under Trainer Jo's leadership, my customized program (50's and overweight) proactively accommodated my medical condition and problem knees. There was a notable difference in the first week. The training protocol included eating smart (nutrition dense) and not by counting calories. I actually look forward to going to the gym and working with Trainer Jo, where we work together to achieve my goals for a healthy fit body. It is definitely achievable and doable regardless of age and physical condition. I had almost given up before I arrived here. Trainer Jo and his team are fully committed to the success of their clients - the results tell the story. Check it out for yourself. You will find both staff and clients quite serious about their health and fitness transformation, which was one of my main decision inputs for joining The Academy along with Trainer Jo's leadership in this field. Hope this helps with your search for a healthier life. March 17, 2019 Update: I lost 100lbs in 2017 in 7.5 months, since then I added some lean muscle mass and currently am keeping the weight off. I have had a bit of a struggle under stress but Trainer Jo along with his customized wellness protocol provides foundational support. Trimming a few extra pounds I put on during the winter and getting ready for spring. With the weight loss and the Trainer Jo wholistic protocol I gained my life back with more flexibility, wider range of motion, no longer pre-diabetic. Just amazing how my life turned around and can enjoy life all around. Just loving life! It is about living a healthy lifestyle, there are no shortcuts that I know of that can be sustained without doing the work every day. In essence taking care of yourself, movement, sleep, ample water intake, stress management, positive perspective and nutritious food. No more processed food or drinks, that is behind me. With my health back and joints relatively pain free, there is nothing I can’t do! Thank you Trainer Jo! Also worth mentioning is how I learned to both enjoy and love my food, it is now a wonderful part of my life, well thought out, with preparation time and wise selection to serve my body. Really enjoying making Trainer Jo’s Sweet potato chocolate protein cake, a balanced meal and delicious with cocoa powder and nuts added! Yay! Learning that health and wellness is fun, exciting and adventurous! Life is Good! :)

It's been 2weeks on my journey to healthier lifestyle with trainer Jo. He has been incredible in educating, guiding and motivating me to reach my goal. What I love best is that he empathetic, compassionate, supportive and non- judgemental. Im surprised how motivated and inspired I've been and for once I wake up feeling excited and being able to see myself achieving my goal. I feel stronger, healthier and focused.  What's amazing is he started me on simple exercises I can do each day like TRX row, lunges, push ups and walking. In addition, my  meal plan he has recommended  I find I can easily follow and live with in the long term. And can you believe, I can have rice and still lose weight!!! Thanks trainer Jo

Jo is an excellent trainer. He is not like a traditional trainer, but a life changer. He coaches your life style — balance. A little exercise, a little bit food balance, a little bit meditation. Loss weight can be happy and easy. Every day is happy and healthy. Everyday is a good day!

I trained with him last year and 6 years ago. I lost about ten pounds over 8 weeks each time. He has provided me with everything I need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, it’s up to me to do it. Each time we met to workout he gave me so much information. While the exercise routine is generally the same each time, it gives you a routine that you can do for the rest of your life. It’s not just about working out though. It’s about healthy eating too. The concept of 1 protein, 1 fat, 1 green veg, and 1 non-green veg at every meal will stay with me for life. Even after I decided to stop meeting with him and keep going on my own he asked me to keep in touch and send him my weight every week. He is caring and a positive influence. I recommend discussing Covid protocols before signing up to ensure you are on the same page

I started my fitness journey with coach Jo and it’s been only a few weeks but I’ve noticed that I am getting better and stronger ! Not only my body but also my mind. He encourages me to work out on a daily basis also have great mindfulness every day. I am grateful that I met him as a life coach and I can’t wait to see how much I improve :)

Jo is one of the best fitness trainers. He does not only help you release your weight but he also trained the body to optimal health with a stronger positive mindset. He helps me to increase awareness of food and nutrition. I always have great training experience with him.
