m	mimi sham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Animal Hospital By Far! They are very reasonable and everyone is so kind. The front desk, the doctors and specialists are all amazing. Thank you for taking care of Matcha and being so flexible with us as well. We really appreciate the fast email communications, fast phone communication and appointments as well. We got matcha spayed here and she healed perfectly well and got all the instructions. We've also bought food and medicine from the hospital and everything was organized in a clear manner. If you are looking for a great hospital.. this is it.

The vet took her time to explain everything that needed to be done and worked with me to budget the main priorities knowing my funds were low. Also, each of the staff members were insanely friendly. I wish there were more stars to give. I will be exclusively coming here from now on.

Squeezed my kitty in for an appointment over the holidays when he was in really bad shape due to a new diagnosis of diabetes by the emergency vet. They kept him comfy and gave us as much time as we needed when it was time to say goodbye to our old boy Charlie. They gave our younger kitty a snazzy lions cut which helped him through the heat wave last year and is now continuing with his care and I think he is definitely in great hands ?

He explains everything thoroughly to me and I never have the sense that he is prescribing more then necessary. The vet techs are great as well, and the front desk staff were so accommodating and worked hard to squeeze us in for an important appointment.

If you're going through reviews to figure out if this vet can be trusted with the safety and well-being of your animal - they absolutely can. If cost is a major concern for you: The prices here are very fair. I've taken pets to various vets for a number of services, and in my opinion, the prices here were reasonable. Also, even in an emergency situation, I never felt like they pressured us or suggested any service that didn't feel necessary. Every staff member here truly cares about animals; I wish that was the standard for all vets but in my experience, that's not always been the case. From front desk to vet, they all empathize with what you and, more importantly, your pet are going through.

They resolved my dog's limping problem which was not able to be diagnosed by my previous vet. The staff is always so helpful and nice whenever I call. I feel I can rely on them for my dog's health. Fair pricing is a bonus!

They are all very pleasant to deal with and seem to really care about the animals they treat. Dr. Ng is so loving and patient with my cat and has kept me going back whenever my fur baby has an issue. Their prices are reasonable compared to some other clinics I've visited in the past.
