★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this location. It is my favourite store yet the only reason why rated solo is because it’s cleanliness as compared to other locations is substandard. The staff are absolutely phenomenal, kind, and helpful yet there is seemingly always merchandise all over the place. I do value in this village yet it requires a little more time to go through things as the gems of shopping here are not often found where they are suppose to be. I cannot reiterate enough how friendly the staff are yet my visits have become less and less due to its disastrous organization of product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are out of control. When you sell things from Dollarama for $5-$10 you know it is just a cash grab for profit. What happened to second hand stores being a place to get deals? I’ll support Salvation Amry and St Vincent over VV any day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop at Value Village often and usually quite content with my visit most occasions. However, this location in particular seems to be going down hill! Products opened and scattered everywhere, clothing with obvious damage such as tears and missing/damaged zippers. And with that, prices seem to be ridiculously high to the point that purchasing new would be the better option. Not sure what's going on but they need to rethink their purpose. Either that or remove "Value" from the company name!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very high priced thrift items and clothes. Practically the prices you would pay for brand new in store! Such a shame they are able to get away with highway robbery of free donated items. I prefer not to attend this store in the future. I do not support the prices they charge as it is suppose to be an outlet for those who may not be able to afford new! I rather shop new for the same price !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outrageous prices. They don't have change rooms and have a useless exchange policy. If something doesn't fit, you have to exchange it within 14 days for something that costs the same or more. Until they fix this, won't be back. There are way better second hand stores in Ottawa
