I love the variety of items to choose from - carefully photographed and available whenever I have the chance to shop from my phone. As a Mom of four - I love how organized the site is! Weekly drops are always exciting too! I really appreciate the delivery option! It makes this great experience even more accessible and convenient. What makes FC even more awesome is its commitment to our community and the success of others through its donation partner - Elizabeth Fry Society of Ottawa. I love Sarah’s heart for children, families and our community and it’s an awesome pleasure in every way to engage with her and this fab business!

Their website is easy to navigate and there are lots of new items every week. Delivery within Ottawa is super speedy and right to your doorstep! Couldn't be happier with my experience.

I love the ethos behind it, supporting the Elizabeth Fry Society while supporting the circular economy. It really does prove it can be done! Shopping is as easy as a click of a button, like any online stores and best of all you get to support criminalized and at risk women. I’ve also donated items to be sold, which was very easy as the owner comes and picks the items up right from your home. There are so many items that kids use for such a short time and they are hardly used, but it is so difficult to organize buying or selling second-hand, this store takes all the work out of it, and as a bonus you get to feel good about where part of the profit goes. Highly recommend it!

She delivers it right to my door in a cute little gift bag and personalized gift tag, making it feel like a special purchase. I'm also able to donate my kids' gently used clothes and feel good about where it will end up. Plus, it is all online, and no sorting through dirty bins of used clothing at a thrift store. Win-win-win!
