I could tell as soon as i walked through the front door, the woman working didn't want to work with me or help me. I've been to the Barrhaven location many times and I'm well aware of how things work. I dropped off 4 bags of new clothes and not one thing was taken. Many new items with tags still attached, I could tell my items were not gone through at all. Maybe 1 out 4 bags. I understand they usually only take a few of the best pieces but, I felt looked down on by one of the employees working. I will admit there was 2 girls working when I visited- one who was great, super informative and friendly! The other was quite the opposite.. I usually wouldn't write a review about this but I left feeling extremely frustrated, and judged based off what my physical appearance looked like... Unfortunately I will not be recommending this location to any friends or family.

Nike shoes and runners aritzia TNA zip ups new, vans hoodies, American eagle jeans, never used little black purses for going out, tops from forever21 and garage. They refused it all except the nikes which they offered 17$ for and I refused because clearly that makes no sense so overall just download Depop or something the workers at this location specifically working open were unprofessional and not looking to make business today.
V	Viley Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very good. All their clothes is up to date, for teens. Recommend going there! The outside may seem a bit sketchy but as soon you enter, it smells amazing!!

The store looks like they accept dirty old clothes but then say inventory is "too full". Then stop accepting donations. Not going back there ever again. Many times it has been disappointing and a bad experience.

I was supposed to meet my friend but she didn't make it until later the day so she came in and she had two baskets of good clothes but 10 minutes later they stated they couldn't make an offer even tho she had brand new clothing pieces, a dryer still in the pack, a north face jacket everything in trend. She was extremely disappointed in the costumer service too as she drove 40 minutes to this location for nothing. I will not be coming back
L	La Katie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless you’re a young teenager, this place is likely not for you and not worth your time (if you’re looking to sell your clothing). I went in and handed them a large bag of clothing (pre washed and neatly folded, some even with tags still on). Then, after they ‘checked me in’, they made me wait for one hour while the staff went through my items, only for them to give me back my bag and inform me that they can’t ‘accept’ any of my clothing. What the?! Then, my clothes were returned to me completely crumpled and smooshed in any which way back into the bag. (Uhm…. Is this how I handed you the bag?? No, it’s not. So now I’m left to clean up their mess and re-fold each article? Seriously?!?) Also, the business model needs work. There is zero incentive to ever return to this place again. This is twice now where I bring in a bag, have it declined and ‘my rejects’ are returned to me like they’ve gone through WWIII. This shop essentially wasted 2 hours of my time at this point and for nothing. Not even a coupon as an appreciation for coming in today, for choosing this store, for wasting my time, for declining my clothes. Nada! So why go back? I mean, really ??‍♀️ So lesson learnt for me. No need for me to ever return to this place.

This is the third time I go in an all three experiences have been extremely frustrating. I will be encouraging friends and family to shop and sell elsewhere. This is the reply I am anticipating which goes to show you they don’t take customer service seriously: “I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience in our store. We buy based on style, brand, condition as well as our inventory needs. If you would like to discuss your visit, please contact our district manager.”

Everyone was super friendly with us and my son!! They seem to know their customers/regulars which is nice. They’re happy to go over everything they didn’t take if you want to know. They were busy and said it would take 1.5 hours but it took maybe 30-40 minutes tops? Found cute stuff, mens selection is lacking, but will definitely be back to sell and buy.
