Choose Canadian linen service for two years, FIRST YEAR SERVICE IS OK. Now it is terrible, with 4month 6 times !!!! delay delivery for no reason. 3 times !!!!no new sheet delivery, but took the used ones leaving a bill. Ask them why? They response you can call our manager, do not care. Complain to the company, promise you afternoon delivery, then the promise change into tomorrow, then next Monday. When the next delivery day comes, we got two bills!!! I can not imagine a worse sheet and line service than that.

Worst company to deal with as a restaurant owner, period. Completely unreliable, litterally overcharges and underdelivers. Can't keep a rep more the a month and takes absolutely zero accountability for anything.

Admin staff over the phone are extremely rude and unhelpful. They can not give you any information regarding your own account. They will say they will call you back but I’d keep calling because they likely will not. You have to wait for the driver to come around at some point in the week and discuss your account with them. A bit of a backwards business model. I don’t have time to wait for the driver to come around once a week to get information on the account. When I asked for rubber mats to help with the water in the winter was simply told β€œno we don’t have rubber mats”. Turns out this was a lie. They will also continue to charge you a service fee during a provincial wide lockdown even when they don’t pick up or change your mats. Severe lack of internal communication. Lack of customer service training. The drivers are typically kind. Will also let your employees sign 5 year contracts. Unpleasant experience. Would have cancelled by now if it weren’t for that pesky 5 year contract.

Drivers park their vehicles on sidewalks and blocking crosswalks constantly, even when there is open legal parking nearby. It's horrendously ignorant and unsafe. Make it stop.

The absolute worst decision I have ever made as an RMT was signing up with Canadian Linen. They have messed up on about 50% of my orders so far. I was not told during the onboarding that I was signing a 5 year contract. When onboarding, they did not sign me up with the right amount of linens for my practice and I was then told I would have to pay more. It occurred multiple times that my delivery did not show up and would take a day to even hear back from a manager to know when my linens would show up. I signed up for a linen service to take some of the workload off myself, it has only caused more stress and unexpected trips to the laundry mat. Please save yourself and do not sign a contract with this company.

First off change your name because having the word Canadian in it while providing such trash service is an insult to Canadian residence. I have been with Canadian linen for over 6 years now and the last 2 years have been literally the worse experience. You ask them to fix a machine or bring soap for your dispensers. Nope. Call the office, they say someone will look into fixing the issue nope. 1/2 the time they run out of mops for my stores and they charge me for washroom maintenance fee but yet I have been asking for new batteries, air freshener, hand soap and paper towels for over a month with nothing. I ask the driver, the supervisor, and the office. Nothing. Dont sign a contract with these guys the company is falling apart. Some of the staff there are very nice I do not blame them. But their not provided the resources for them to complete their jobs.

Great towels, speed holes included. Jackets come pre-dirty so we don't have to wear them. When you call about missing product you get gas lighted that you have received it. Thanks Canadian linen.

The first time I called they said someone would look into my inquiry and call me back. Never happened. Second Call, after mentioning the first call, I was told a Supervisor would call me back. Never happened. Third call, after explaining about the first 2 calls I was transferred to a Manager! Voicemail....left a message but still no call back. Today I am going to call a fourth time. I look forward to the Owner not calling me back. I just want my bill to match my order. And some more dish cloths. Why is there a 1 Star minimum? I think customer service like this does a disservice to all those that earn their single Star.
