★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some good deals if you can get lucky and find what you are looking for at 75% off
You have to go often because this location while having lots of stock gets picked over pretty quick.
It's too bad they are so aggressive with there red tag items - things that are expected to be in demand - they tend to be over priced and don't ever come on sale.
Even worse are their special window and auction items - what a pain - just price it for what it is worth and let us buy the item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thrift shops are the ones located in hip neighborhoods. And this one is well organized, clean and has awesome staff. We found our couch there as they sometimes receive overstocked furniture. We got a brand new one for less than half the price of the original one so I was very happy with that find. They also hold first come first serve days in which you can pick up on of the deals in the window. You can get vintage radios, turntables, and all sorts of other great stuff for literally pennies!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices vary. Sometimes way overpriced and they keep the best for their auction sales. Management is slowly getting rid of all staff in exchange for volunteers. Free labour. Very cost efficient. This has become a profitable business. No longer for the needy families. Registered under a charitable organization for lower tax bracket. I now put items by the curb. It really goes to the needy ones now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A community pillar, and a great place to thrift! Items are all very affordable and cover everything you could need. The store changes very frequently so make lots of small trips if you can (try to leave some good items for those needing a place like this).
You can always add a donation on top of your bill and I highly recommend, this is not a large corporation taking big profits they serve the communities in need in Ottawa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Great finds. The staff are friendly. They're always willing to help look for something odd or random. This is a landmark in the community Been on Wellington forever and it a loved place. The prices are fair. They have old computer part that I made a retro windows 98 from. Paid like 30 bucks for all the parts. They have instruments aswell. Most of them in great condition. You gotta check the place out for yourself. It's a gem in Ottawa. A thrift store like no other.

My last experience the cashier just randomly added $3 to my bill.. mumbled when confronted about it…. then tried to give me nickels from their own pocket..I ask for manager and was immediately given refund from cash register…whole thing was very fishy….
