β β β β β Great coffee shop in Ottawa, taste is always reliable, the available space here is huge, with many different seating options, it's definitely great for big groups, service is always nice no matter who's in the counter, food is good too, I like the burrito breakfast, espresso and brew coffee are solid, I always refill my tumbler and stay.

β β β β β Came here for the wifi, called beforehand. Turns out itβs open to everybody and the network is overcrowded. Why not make it private for people to also get some work done?????

β β β β β Good to see that that one of the original Bridgehead's has been renovated and cleaned up. Coffee is still pretty good along with service. However the influence of retail chain uniform mentality has diminished the appealing individual character that Bridgehead used to have. Still they are far better than chain competitors such as St@rbucks, Second rate Cup and Tim0thys. In sum Bridgehead are better than the chains but lag behind the newer Independents such as Equator, Morning Owl, Happy Goat, Ministry of Coffee etc. Now they've sold out to Second Cup. Not a good sign.

β β β β β Had a lovely quiet table where a friend and I could chat and keep ordering fresh beverages (and snacks) as the welcoming atmosphere melted away the afternoon.
Nice staff, decent value, and a pleasant place to spend some time!

β β β β β I have so many fond memories of this Bridgehead, Iβve been going here since I was a kid. I love that they have gluten-free snacks (the GF muffins are fantastic!), and their coffee and hot chocolate is delicious. My most favourite thing about them though, is how accessible they are! They have door buttons, an accessible washroom, and in general are very spacious and easy to maneuver a wheelchair in. The staff are also so accommodating and cheerful, it always makes my day!
