★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use their Wellness and Fitness Centre that has a personal trainer who customizes a workout plan for you. The gym is fully loaded with pretty much everything you would see in a mainstream gym. The personal trainer is also able to certify you as a personal trainer, one level at a time; if that's something you're interested in.
Causeway also has a resource centre with workers who can help you find employment if that's something you are struggling with.
Amazing resource centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to book an appointment. I was told by Michelle that she would call me the next morning. She didn't call so i had to call her myself. She set up an appointment for me. No one called me regarding my appointment and i didn't receive any notification from them. Very unprofessional.

However, as I got back into the workforce during COVID I was unable to access the gym, employment resource centre, and the cafeteria due to protocols. I look forward to physically being part of the organization once again as the world is reopening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked with their social enterprise "Cycle Salvation" for over 13 years. Was met with complete indifference when I eventually left. Their "Job Quest" program also sells you to other agencies they partner up with, giving you the runaround. I left feeling pretty demoralized :( -Mike
