★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff I've interacted with here are fantastic. Once I left my sunglasses in the change room and came back some time later and they had that at the desk by the change rooms for me :) And just this week, I was on my way to the gym and realized I'd forgotten my workout bottoms! It was either workout in my jeans (bleh), skip the class that I'd been looking forward to all day, or somehow try and buy something on the way even though I had less than 5 minutes to spare. I was running late, but had time to call Nordstrom on my way to train yards. It was super quick to talk to someone at the store an explain my situation. They kindly offered to bring a couple of options up to the cash for me and asked my size and colour preference. When I arrived, I went straight to the cash, where two pairs of black tights in my size were waiting for me :) I was in and out of the store in 3 minutes thanks to their helpful staff and made it to my class with a great pair of black tights and so much gratitude for the fantastic folks at this Nordstrom Rack <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store to purchase a dopp bag but there wasn’t much of a selection. However, to my surprise the store had Naked and Famous Denim in the Easy fit. I tried on several pairs and then made my way to the cashier. While I was in line, I spotted a male with glasses, stocky build and brown curly hair standing by the exit. He looked down at my bag on my way out.
I glanced back at the cashier from the window outside and noticed the man had left his post to associate with the cashiers even though there were more customers in the store. This leads me to believe that I was being profiled while in the store. Please stop this practice, it makes racial minority shoppers feel targeted and massively uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a great place if you want some wardrobe basics and staples, they have super affordable work clothes and it’s well organized. I wasn’t super into their shoe selection for the still pretty high prices, but I nabbed this leather jacket with denim detail for only $65. And I got a silly light box for only $9, they’re $20-$50 at Chapters. Super happy about the experience.
