He listened then gave me options for what I needed. He didn't try to sell me what I didn't really need. He sold me what I needed based on the usage for the system even though it was $40 less. There was stock for what ever I chose. I drove straight there and perhaps surprised him a bit but no problem. He put together my order and I was on my way. Safety protocol was in place and the unit works great. It even has an led light! Fabulous! Thank you.

Canadian tire helped me with my invoice as I had lost it and directed me to call Bissell. Called up Bissell customer care and the experience was simply great. It was very quick and they directed me to Vacuum Factory based on my proximity. Let me tell you that Ben took that experience to next level. He received my faulty vacuum right away and told me that he would call when ready. I got the call today from Vacuum Factory and he surprised me with a brand new vacuum within a week and a half. I love the power and simplicity of Bissell and did not want to buy another one within an year. Thank you Ben for amazing service and prompt response.

I took it in thinking maybe the motor needed to be cleaned.The shop called me later in the day saying there was nothing wrong with my Dyson. I had not put one of the filters in correctly and that was what was causing the problem.He could have told me he cleaned the motor and charged me I would have had know way of knowing if it wasn't true. But he told the truth and charged nothing.

D	D ED on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Hoover upright vacuum cleaner to have regular maintenance done and when I used it for the 1st time after this service, the vacuum scorched my rug in 7 spots on my same carpet I always vacuumed. I took it back to them to show pics & a video and talked to a man about what happened and he got very annoyed and kept saying “you’re not listening to me” and then he got another man who was even more rude (maybe the owner) and he walked away raising his voice and said “I have no time for you woman” and said “I’m done with you”. They were very demeaning and didn’t offer any resolution. I was disappointed and I hope no one else has to go through this very unsettling experience. I would give it a zero rating if I could.

Come on in. Sure enough, I did and he had what I needed . at a very fair price. Super nice guy. I failed to produce my debit card. I was going to have to drive home and get it. The owner ... Ben... almost insisted I take what I came for and pay him another day. This, ladies and gentlemen, is very rare these days... very rare indeed. I did not take him up on his offer, instead we got together and I sent him a personal e-transfer for the total. I cannot recommend this small business enough. If you need anything at all to do with vacuuming, this is the spot. Thank you again Ben. Outstanding customer service, my good man.
