a	alyssa hickey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here today first time in a long time and I've never had an issue most of the snacks were expired i do appreciate the customer service I got from the cashier I dealt with today but do a better job of checking products and expiry dates before putting them on the shelf I like fresh co and I'm just dissapointed because of the quality of food lately
Z	Zeph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, cashier was horrible. Insulted my mother right infront of me, due to her mistake on not price matching. Instead of correcting her mistake (which would be ideal), she proceeded to insult my mother. Made excuses saying that it was her fault and she didn't say she wanted to price match when the flyer was right above the product. Even proceeded to hand back the flyer. Cashier had no customer service skills, no resolution skills and no over all respect for others. I have been shopping here for approximately 8 years now; now I'm frustrated with this encounter will rather spend time and money at the competitor.

I’ve been there in the mornings (an hour after opening) and the store is still out of stock on at least 1/4 of the items. The district management and head office should take a look at this store and see what can be done to improve. You’ll lose regular customers if not. If you’re looking for a reliable alternative, the Superstore at Hurontario and Steeles always features fully stocked produce.
S	Shalini Ojha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not crowded and I just went for 2 3 items and knew where to find them so it was a quick shopping for me. Checkout was a breeze. Overall the store was clean, all displays were full and did not notice any empty space or half full items.

I bought onions from this place and immediately I realized that it’s too expensive to buy 1 lb than buying a bag so I wanted to return it but supervisor of this place Julia made me to wait 30 minutes because she was on break and no one else was to cover her in the store. I wonder it’s a big store and only one supervisor was working with 3 new staffs and they were not even allowed to return. Lady on cash even announced in the store that she needs return but no manager or other supervisor came to return my stuff. They are getting 100’s of customers a day that’s why they don’t care about 1 person. Worse customer service I ever got from a place and supervisor came from outside and started showing me attitude. That she was on break and never apologized for the waiting time.

R	Raman Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst freshco I’ve ever visited. Nothing stocked. Most of the shelves were empty. It was before noon. Not even in the evening. Inspite of it being extremely busy, Only 1 lane was open. Carts were left outside in Snow. Won’t recommend this store at all

But from last month any weekend or weekdays you walk in and all you will find empty slots or Rotten stuff. And if you approach a staff and ask them , they are like we don’t work in that area Woww, or our staff have less people . This should definitely be seen by Fresh co management. This not good . Customers take out to get their daily needs requirements from fresh co and you enter and see anything all empty . The management really need to look into this .I know my review will go in trash . If it’s not sorted out you guys will start loosing customers. Because we will prefer an alternative to it . No hard feelings. Thank you
