R	R An on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. I had called the day off in the morning to confirm delivery. Evening my matters was not delivered. I called next day and I was told it should have been delivered and I will get a call back in 5 min. After 1 hr and no call back I called again. I was told in a defensive manner that I didn’t leave my phone and that’s why it wasn’t delivered and I didn’t get a call back. I listened. I told him if they need my # along with address then they should have asked as they are running the business and they should know what they require. Instead of simply saying Sorry we forgot to ask for your number initially, I was told not to argue (when I inquiring) and not to tell him how to run his business. At which point I decided even if I don’t get the mattress it’s ok (I had made full payment already). I don’t want the unnecessary stress and said bye and hung up. The business called me back without me giving them my number after that and delivered the mattress within 10 min. Never again will I be making a purchase from this furniture place for if it’s wrong to ask about my missing purchase. Honestly disappointed.

They should tell this before..bed edges are very sharp and danger for kids..my kid get cuts from sharp edges, we ask them for exchange but they refused to exchange. So pls who ever planning to buy custom made bed for kids , go somewhere else.. even mattress is very poor quality. We know beds are resonable in price but they are very unsafe.. we are literally throwing away the whole bed set , can't even resell as it's so unsafe!!!
