C	Codie Sampson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know it's real challenge to get through to even book an appointment, but the administrative assistants are doing their absolute best to assist everyone they can. The ratio of administrative assistant to answer calls vs people calling to book is insane. They have all been so wonderful and helpful and Dr. Langford is amazing at what he does!
K	Karen Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not blame the staff. I blame interior health. I have been trying for the past couple of weeks to get in. Today my wife and I both tried calling I called 47 times and my wife 35 times starting right at 10am. I was able to get through and thought I finally was going to get in. I was on hold for 46 minutes. Finally I got to talk to someone and she let me know that I would have to try again in the morning. She was apologetic and said there was nothing she could do and let me know had bad interior health is and they are to blame.
L	Lee La on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, we are lacking care providers in Kamloops and you have to win the que lottery to get through. The staff are all friendly and patient considering what I assume is an immense stress load because no one enjoys the process of trying to get ahold of them. I called right at 10, waited on hold about 45 minutes, we had an appointment at 415 and we were driving away at 445. Easy peasy. Dr. Rogers was so patient and kind with my daughter and everything. The system is frustrating and no discredit to that, but the actual service provided at this location is excellent!!
R	Richelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter cut herself at school and we weren’t sure if she needed stitches or not. Dr Langford was able to take a look and tell us that yes, she needed 2-3. We were getting prepared to go up to ER but he said that he would try it if we were willing. I agreed and we got her all set up in the room. Wrapped her up in a blanket while the RN stood beside her head and stroked her face and hair, calming her down. It was a very quick process and they were AMAZING with her. I am so grateful for all of the staff and can not rave them enough. Maybe it takes forever to get through on the phones but the service you get when you arrive is nothing but amazing. Thank you UPCLC Staff and Dr Langford!!!!

I phone here over and over for all day every day for two weeks and never once speak to a person or even have the option to leave a voicemail. Nothing. So I went to the clinic and walked I. Yes I know it’s not a walk-in but what other choice do I have. So I asked them can you please at least just book me an appointment and I will come back whenever said appointment may be…. Nope sorry can’t help you bye.
J	J B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do their best with what they have. The healthcare system is in shambles in general but I am just happy this place exists to ease pressure off of the ER. Yes, tough to get in because their phone line is crazy busy the second it opens. Is that normal for walk ins? Yes! Is that normal for being the ONLY walk-in in town (after all of them shut down in the last few years?) Yes! The doctors here are also the doctors in rotation with the hospital.

I have redialed many times over in the morning just to get in the cue to have call answered. My appointment was easy to book for the evening and once at the clinic the Staff are kind and helpful. Covid questions still in place and all protocols still in place.
S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rogers was amazing. She was so kind, gentle, & patient with the questions I had. She made me feel so comfortable & truly felt like a safe space, i’ve never had such a good experience with a doctor before. I wish she could be my regular family doctor. Can’t express how thankful I am for doctors like her. :) Also, yes it is hard to get an appointment in this office but it’s not the workers fault, so please be kind to them. You have to call a few times to even get through so be prepared to have patience. Once I finally got an appointment with them I had no issues at all.
