★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a complete gong show. Not only did we wait 1.5 hours for our appointment, but Karrie, the woman performing the hearing test, was completely unprofessional. She kept repeating instructions over and over, swearing repeatedly through the appointment, and even admitted to performing a test that was not necessary on my husband. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, head to Costco!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Kamloops Miracle Ear for many years and their services have been excellent. Karrie suggested that I get 2 hearing aids. Normally my left ear has NO sound going in and my right ear has not sure of the percentage but now I wear 2 hearing where the left ear voice/sounds transmit to the right and even my balance is great! Thanks Karrie for a great hearing aid. Even my family noticed the difference in my hearing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ken Buckroyd is a wonderful man. He has looked after my 100-year-old blind mother and her hearing aid needs for many years and is always so compassionate and warmly courteous to her. On occasion he has come out to the waiting room to treat her there, just to save her the extra effort of going in to his office. The most amazing thing he did was to loan her hearing aids when hers were lost. You just can't beat the personal touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother in law was in Clearwater heading across BC for vacation when her hearing aid charger quit working. She phoned amplifon and spoke with Ken who told her that he could certainly help her out today. When she arrived he knew exactly who she was and went above and beyond to fix the problem, he was quick and made sure she was able to get back on the road to enjoy her vacation. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Service was absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend Ken for your next appointment.
