C	Cori Hobbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just sat in urgent Care for 3 hours, several people came in after me that were called in before me. I understand its by the severity of the patient and not first come first served but they kept putting me further back in the line. I sat with out a word and yet other people got up and asked when there time was and still got in ahead of me. What really is an emergency? Blowing your nose to see the kleenex full of blood is not an emergency. Never will I go to or ever trust urgent care again

It was something serious, and I was looking at reviews for my health's sake. The triage in this facility wasn't too lengthy. I was tested multiple times and the test results were expedient. It took about 5-6 hours to be cleared. (So if you have time I would recommend preparing for 5-6 hours). The staff here were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no complaints and greatly appreciated the visit.

A family member of mine brought her young child in during the start of a severe allergic reaction. While in the waiting room his condition worsened - throat starting to close up, lips turning purple / blue and hives all over his body, throwing up. He was brought to the nurse at the triage area who brushed them off saying “we don’t have a bed, you’ll have to wait.” Thankfully mom didn’t wait and gave epi & took him to the car while simultaneously calling 911. EMS responded very quickly and he was rushed to the Childrens Hospital where he was taken into a trauma room. Doctors at ACH were horrified by the actions of the staff at Airdrie Urgent Care. This could have cost him his life. The fact that this family had to leave a place that “is there to help” to get proper medical help is APPALLING.

Took my mother there because she was fainting, I had to hold her, so she could walk, and yet the triage nurse put her to the end of the line. While waiting we saw people who weren't displaying ane severe symptoms were being called out before us. When I approached the triage nurse asking for help, because my mother was fainting again, the response I've got was "you gotta wait". We waited for 3 hours and didn't get any attention. Nobody gives a sh..t about you there, even if you gonna be dying. Worst place for medical attention!!!
R	RK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was anything less than 1star I would have chosen that. Pathetic and very unprofessional staff. They have no empathy for the patients. There are patients who are in pain and have been waiting since last 7 hours, the nurse keeps saying " you are welcome to stay but the wait is going to be long and I already told you that I can't guess how long it will take, it's your own choice to stay" like seriously??? As if people are here to enjoy the place. They are here coz they need medical help on urgent basis. Wish there could be someone to be held accountable for this rude and bizarre behavior.
E	Elannie Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses here was not very helpful. Don't know the ABC's of life. My daughter had terrible asthma and we waited for 4 hours. Airway, Breathing, Circulation should be the first priority. They need more training and ethics. They don't explain exactly to the patients what to do next. It looks like they dont want to do their work. Sorry to say
C	Cheyanne Romeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. I went to visit this Health Centre to look for a practicum or at least find any connections to other Centre's. The lady at the front was very polite, but once she directed to me another set of ladies, I was turned away. As graduate who is looking for a practicum in this pandemic, it would be nice if Centre's like these were more willing to help. Also whenever I go online, this place pops up as one of the practicum locations (they should fix that since they are not willing to help). Very disappointed in the outcome.
