Found a mispriced quote online, got the price honored when I called in to confirm. Was allowed to use my own insurance offered via credit card as opposed to having to buy the insurance. Called to let them know that I would be an hour late in returning the car after they closed as I needed to clean the car up for them. They were very understanding and waived the late fee.
Great experience overall and I would definitely recommend them over any of the bigger brands.

I found them after having searched online where everywhere else was fully booked,
Brian gave me excellent service, was polite, and friendly.
My van was in excellent condition, and the whole process was smooth and pleasant.
I highly reccomend this company,and will go to them first next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with this company as I found myself without a car as a snowstorm was bearing down on the GTA.
They were the only place that was open on a Sunday (by appointment) and they were very honest and straightforward about rates, insurance, etc.
The Toyota Corolla hatchback that I rented had low kms, was clean and came equipped with a snowbrush! Would definitely recommend!

My vehicle was written off and they went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was completely comfortable in my rental and the entire process. I loved how they were available to help me with any questions. I can't recommend them enough and in the future if I ever need a rental there is only one place I will be going!! Thanks again guys! You are the best.
