★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Very friendly. Free upgrade when I said I am willing to pay extra for a bigger car as I have kids with car seat. The employee even dropped me off when he heard that I am taking a Uber home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a rental car from Hertz as had given my car to Toyota for detailing.
Safwan Kazi came by and picked me up from the dealership and took me to Hertz for the rental. Had a very pleasant personality and great customer skills. Thank you Safwan.
On the other hand, on returning the car, when I dropped off the car at the Toyota dealership and called Hertz, the other employees whom I called, had no idea how to deal with a car being dropped off at the dealership.
All in all, great service because of folks like Safwan.
