We called Drainworks for what we thought was a blockage at the bottom of one of our stacks. They had done excellent work for us back in 2014, replacing our outdoor clay pipes and removing roots. The snowstorm delayed their arrival by a day, but Lou came bright and early the next day and found not just roots but also cracked and heavily encrusted pipes. Through each stage of unearthing the pipes, Lou showed us what the camera was discovering and suggested next steps that his team could take to solve the problem. We decided that it was better to replace all of the indoor clay pipes with pvc once we saw the extent of pipe corrosion. We found Lou and his team to be very professional, efficient and timely in their work, and they cleaned up the work area upon completion. We are very happy with not just the work but also the positive attitude and overall friendliness of Drainworks employees in general, both on the phone and in person. Kudos to Armando, Lou, and his team!

We needed a proper assessment on what was causing a sewage back-up in our basement so we called JP at Drainworks to arrange for a technician to bring in camera equipment to check our drain pipe. JP was able to make arrangements for the following business day. Jim Farr, the attending technician, was able to show us that an extremely thick tree root was blocking 60% of our tile pipe below the main part of the house. This tree root is not something that could be broken up with a snake and it was time to replace this nearly 100 year old pipe. This meant breaking up the concrete floor for almost the whole length of the house to dig out and replace the old pipe. A very messy undertaking that we were not looking forward to as we’ve had the unfortunate experience of the dust and debris that comes with breaking up a concrete floor from a previous renovation. In addition, there would be the inconvenience of not being able to use the water. Jim Farr assured us that the Drainworks team could do the entire job in less than a day, that they would enclose the job site area to ensure that dust and debris was contained from the rest of the house, and that the water would be off for a minimal amount of time. Jim also indicated that he could probably have the team there the next day (we needed a bit more time to move a few things so we scheduled for 2 days later). True to their word, the Drainworks team showed up on time, secured the job site area, and got to work. The team let us know when we had to stop using the water, which to our surprise turned out to be less than 2-1/2 hours! The full job only took approximately 7 hours. With the exception of the wet cement there really wasn’t any evidence of work having been done in the basement that day. That is how clean they left the job site! We can’t begin to express how pleased we are with the professionalism of how this job was managed. OMG! Our only toilet broke at 10am today, called DrainWorks (they were recommended by our neighbors) and we had a new toilet installed by 4pm! I am so impressed by their quick and very courteous service. The whole process was seamless. The gentlemen that came were very professional and helpful, they gave us our options, no pressure sales at all. I was so happy that no only did they have all the parts with them to fix our toilet on the spot if we wanted to do that, they also had a new toilet with them to install if we'd rather have a new one! Talk about coming prepared! The new toilet is also way better than our old one and I'm very happy with the upgrade. Pricing is very fair and you can expect top-notch service. I will definitely be using them again.

Sump pump outlet pipe replacement We had efflorescence around some existing cracks in our basement that lead to discovering our sump pump not actually discharging properly. The water was being evacuated, but then would just come right back in. Got a few quotes, but Drain Works had the best combo of reviews and cost. A thank you to Jim who came out and scoped the sump pump weeping tile, it showed it had been crushed in multiple spots along the run to the sidewalk. He ran new solid PVC above ground, and we haven't had an issue since! He was courteous, made quick work of it, and JP was great to deal with at the office. We'll see how it all holds up during next year's thaw, but I have little doubt all will be well. Thank you, Drain Works!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Great initial call. Time booked. They called the day before to confirm and were able to give me a more specific start time. Service techs showed up right on time, saw the scope of the job, quoted accordingly, called in a 2nd tech to help with the work in order to make it more expedient. I had extra questions on site from the initial job booked and they were able to quote and replace at a reasonable rate while they were already there rather than make a second trip and second initial fees. That was very much appreciated. Covid protocols in place. Booties on their feet and all garbage taken with no mess left. Overall highly recommended anytime.

What started as DIY… turned into a leaky toilet situation. I looked up local plumbing services and DrainWorks came up on top and they definitely demonstrated why. JP left an amazing first impression when I called to request a service call, and Chris L was exceptional. He was right on time 8am, assessed my situation and explained my options. Then once we agreed on the path forward, Chris went to work. The leak is fixed!! The attention to detail was not unnoticed, from the moment Chris arrived, he popped booties on and the clean up after the repair was also greatly appreciated. While I hope not to have future plumbing issues, I placed the magnet on my fridge when Chris handed it to me. 10000% satisfied customer 10000% highly recommend
