Humberview was able to get my car in the shop within a week of the accident. The customer service I received from Mike and receptionist was great and I was extremely happy when I got my car back. Not only did the damage to the front of my car looked brand new, they also detailed my car inside and washed my car outside including the wheels which was a nice touch. Thanks so much Humberview!

Mike Kliaman and Mike the assistant manager were professional,empathetic, ,cordial and extremely attentive when dealing with my case. I was unfortunately involved in a accident which involved a careless driver, Mike was very understanding of the situation and was able to help me with all my inquiries and requests. I came out healthy from the accident but my car took quite the damage. The work on the car was fantastic and looked brand new when I picked it up. In addition, the few weeks that they did have my car, Mike was very considerate and followed up with me frequently to give me a update and an estimated time remaining. Would highly recommended their services, if you want a timely, quality and informative job done.

Didn't know what to do, or who to trust with my car. So I sent my car to Humberview Collision Centre after hearing amazing and good stuff about them. Mike was always there calling me and giving me little details of my car and helped with my insurance claim every step of the way. Mike is a really good guy and I trusted him with my car 100%. When I went to pick up my car I didn't even believe it was my car, the front end looked like it was brand new and I have 0 complaints with anything. They finished my car really quick too which was a blessing. Mike did such an amazing job that for now on if I have any problems related to my car I'm definatly going back, they are the best at what they do hands down. The attention to detail Mike did to my car was unbelievable. My car was washed, they cleaned the inside of my car, topped up my washer fluid, and did stuff I didn't ask for. I've never had such amazing service before and the way I got treated by Mike was the best. Thank you to Mike and the guys at Humberview Collision Centre for fixing my car and making it look like nothing ever happened to it. I highly reccomend these guys, Mike is very smart and knowledgable at what he does and if you need anything related to your vehicle give Mike a call and you'll be happy to know that your vehicle will be in the best hands ever. Humberview Collision Centre is the best !

Not knowing where to call, I was given this body shop number by the dealership. I was a little apprehensive as I was told by people, oh that will be so expensive, you should call other private body shops. I actually love my fairly new car and wanted it to look new again and felt that the GM body shop would be best to do the repair. So I called. The people here in this shop, Mike Hobbs, was so very knowledgeable and helpful in arranging a quick, easy and affordable service, the office administrator Sandra, is so very cheerful, pleasant, efficient and comforting to speak with and the other Mike, was very professional! I can’t believe my good fortune in dealing with this body shop. When I picked up my car in more than a timely fashion, it not only looked great but was cleaned inside and out. I have never received such kindness and effort from any auto shop that I have ever dealt with. These people truly went out of their way to help me fix my car. Thanks to you all for making this experience so easy and surprisingly wonderful! Joy
C	Chris Langendoen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO STARS UNFORTUNATELY IS NOT AN OPTION They illegally towed our car to THEIR shop after a collision. The accident happened at 5:30pm they arrived at approximately 5:40pm. The collision centre was open until 9PM! They proceeded to tell us there was “no charge” for our vehicle to be at their shop. They weren’t “really” lying but they were charging our insurance company so YES there was a charge. We were dealing with a settlement so yes it was “our” money they were taking in a round-a-bout way. Deception is their game! The employees, tow drivers etc. all playing the same game and $$$ is the goal.
T	Talwinder Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a collision on 401 Eastbound and a tow truck driver pulled over and wanted to help me with towing. My car was still in condition to drive safely but driver stated that he is from GM and this tow is free. I won't trust anyone for free but I had OnStar Road side assistance membership that made me believe that he is from OnStar. As he have already stated that he is from GM. As I was expecting it to be free I allowed him to tow my car to Humberview Collision Center. He stated that it's authorized GM service center and your towing is covered in free. I was quiet confused and left my car with them as they were impersonating GM. Next day I decided not to make an insurance claim for my vehicle and asked them to release my car as I haven't signed any work order with them. They stated to release the vehicle I need to pay 340$ towing and storage charges. I explained them the situation but they refused to take the responsibility for tow truck drivers' words. I called OnStar advisor to tell about the situation and he told me to pay the charges to get my car released and then OnStar sent me a cheque for that payment. OnStar representative confirmed that they shouldn’t towed you and they are jot authorized for it. I would consider it as a act of fraud

The second accident in the same year, and after having a terrible experience the first time, I was pleasantly surprised when Blair from Humberview Collision Centre came to my rescue. He was very reassuring, and helped me to calm down and assessed my situation accordingly. He recommended taking my car to Humberview Collision Centre and even though it wasn't a preferred shop of my insurance company (Johnson) I was allowed to take it anywhere. I knew because my car was still in warranty, I wanted it to go to a dealership and not just any repair shop, which Humberview CC is and was the deciding factor in me taking it there. Blair was able to get me a rental car, the same night, which was well after 10 PM, and the rental company is located on the same property as the dealership so it was so convenient when it came time to return the rental and get my car back. I really can't say enough about Blair and Mike and everyone I interacted with at Humberview Collision Centre for the week plus that my car was there. Definitely 5 stars. I hope I'm never in another car accident, but definitely would recommend it to my own family and friends if they were ever in need!
P	Pam Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidents happen. My car was backed into by an elderly gentleman who stuck around to tell me about it - and exchanged all numbers etc, so I lucked out from the get go. My insurance company set this up. Mike K called immediately leaving me two messages about setting up an appointment. I was travelling so i reached out 4 months later this April 2022 - and within one day they scheduled my car to come in - took pictures - booked for a fix - back in 6 days with a good looking car, no fuss. Obviously - if anything happens with their work I'll reach out to them. So far so good.
