Our hose outside the house was dripping constantly and my fear was that maybe a leak from a previous year in the wall had returned. I used DanMac at that time happily so called them again ..not only did they fix that new handle in the basement ceiling, but when I asked if they could look at my no hot water/no pressure shower unit, he willingly did it and it is working better than ever this morning ..I am so pleased with the service and cost ..have recommended this company to two friends already!

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Adam came out on the weekend, was professional, courteous and tidy. Called me a couple of times to update me on where he was with his other emergencies (this happened during a severe rainstorm with flooding), and gave me some advice to keep the sink draining well after he resolved the problem. Wonderful service, I highly recommend them (3rd time using DanMac)

The absolute go-to plumbing company. Friendly, efficient and nothing but quality work for a fair price. When I was in a jam and needed someone to come quickly, the Dan Mac crew was there! Thank you for doing such a great job!

If you have a 13 year relationship with DanMac and thought they'd treat old customers with care. Think again! I have used DanMac for 5 properties that I own for over 13 years. They came to fix something in April for $680, only to find out that the same problem persisted and they charged me $400 for a visit to tell me exactly the same information that they had in their notes?! I called to discuss it and the owner refused to adjust anything. I guess my business wasn't worth it to him. Not to worry, I found another plumber that is timely and far more professional with my tenants. They did a fabulous job for my big jobs, ie. replacing the city led pipe and the old pipe connected to the toilet for up to $1000 less than DanMac's quotes. IF you want better service, polite & lower costs? Easy decision. Call anyone else on HomeStars.

I have used DanMac numerous times over the years and they always come through, good work, fair pricing and courteous staff who know there product. keep it up!

DanMac sent a service technician around and he was thorough and had the problem repaired in no time. Presented me with a bill considerably less than I thought it would be. Very satisfied and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very disappointed with Dan Mac, I have been a client of theirs for 5 yrs and always paid on time for all our invoices for our investment properties. Last year I was in divorce proceedings and 1 invoice was in discussion with the lawyers so we did not pay it until we settled. Due to some financial hardship that came about after, I made an arrangement with the owner to pay the invoice in instalments. Well, last long weekend, one of my toilets started leaking onto the tenant downstairs so I called them first thing Tue morning. They were rude on the phone, but I finally got an appointment for Wed afternoon. I took the day off to stay home just for them NOT TO SHOW UP. This after calling in the afternoon to confirm that they will still come. (I was thinking maybe I should call someone else, I should have) NO SHOW. then on Thurs morning I call to see what happened, and the dispatch was so rude and said, that they purposely did not send anyone because of my outstanding balance. I told him this is a SEPERATE ISSUE and I have made arrangements with owner to pay this by end of this month. I was so disappointed because if I knew they were not going to send someone, if they COMMUNICATION this to me I would have called someone else. I had to take another day off of work to stay home to get another plumber to come. They were so amazing and professional and I am so happy that I found them. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 was because the owner gave me the extra time to pay and I appreciated that. Otherwise the rest of the staff disappointed me. Lack of transparency, communication, professionalism, care. I told them I have 3 kids at home and I am asking them to not use the toilet as much :( VERY DISAPPOINTED WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMENT THEM WILL SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER.

I called DanMac Plumbing after I was quoted an outrageous price for the work that I wanted done by one of their competitors. I found the person I spoke to (Stewart) very forthright and trustworthy. No BS! They sent over Kevin who did a though and professional job. I was VERY impressed with DanMac Plumbing. Once all the work was done Kevin presented a very fair and reasonable bill. Needless to say, I will be using DanMac Plumbing in the future. Incidentally, as with any competent and trustworthy company they are busy; That said, they did me a favor of fitting me in in a pinch. Don't be surprised if you have to wait for non-emergency services. It is worth it, however, to deal with competent and trustworthy people.
