★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with my purchase. I need to talk to someone other than my sales representative. Perhaps a manager or the manager for the South Shore area. My sales representative has been very good but your system of scheduling repairs and other things are just ridiculous. My heater is not working since the day it was connected to the electricity. The electrician said it is broken because we did the trial instructions from the book and it did not start. The skimmer light still doesn't work. I complained about the sandstone being dumped on my paver driveway and scratches. It seems like all Trevi cares about is to take the $$ from the customers and then leave them alone to fix things on their own. Absolutely unprofessional and zero care for customers. I have at least 2 others in my family considering buying a pool. After this experience, I am going to tell them to stay far away from Trevi. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dominic is the best sales person ever. He answers your questions and is so easy to talk to. He really seemed to love his job and is proud to care for his customer. Our pool is not install yet. We will have it in our backyard for may 2022. We bought a Futura with large steps and the swim jets. An automatic filler to help with water management will also be added. We can't wait to see it.

She made us sit in all the tub we were considering and walked us through every pro and con. He also helped get our delivery date pushed up so we could enjoy it sooner. I would highly recommend Trevi if you are thinking about investing in a hot tub.
