★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for parts, but they have nothing in stock. At least they were very helpful. I was surprised to see they still use paper catalog to find parts. Wow! That's mean they know where to look for. But this can be converted easily into searchable web apps.
One particular thing to keep in mind buying here: exchangeable, but no refund! I don't like that especially when do plumbing, you always want to buy extra parts for unexpected situations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY'RE A SCAM!!!! A couple years ago they took our money and scheduled and "installation" date. On that day, we came back home, there was no pool installed! Since we didn't have fence at our house, they said someone "stole" our pool, but they are the one's that stole from us. Do not buy from this company!
