Le message sur le téléphone dit de faire le 0 pour laisser un message, mais lorsqu'on fait le 0, on retourne au début du menu et tout recommence. On peut faire l'étoile pour avoir le répertoire téléphonique, mais lorsqu'on fait l'étoile ça dit que l'extension n'est pas valide. Visiblement fait pour le web et ils ne veulent pas qu'on les appelle!!!
Can not reach someone on the phone. The message on the phone says to do the 0 to leave a message, but when you do the 0, you go back to the beginning of the menu and all over again. We can do the star to have the telephone directory, but when we do the star it says that the extension is not valid. Visibly made for the web and they do not want to be called !!!

They have a lot of brochures on cruises, but they can sell you all different kinds of vacations like any other trave agency. If you don't have time to do your research and if you want to benefit from the staff's experience, you need to pay them a visit.
