★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si je pouvais donner 0 étoile je le ferais. Vraiment déçue de Sima(Chambly piscines et spas. On a achetée une pompe à piscine le 23 mai 2022 moins de deux semaines plus tard la pompe ne fonctionne plus. On retourne chez Sima pour remplacer la pompe pour une autre. Ils ont refusés. Pas d’allure qu’une pompe de piscine de $616 plus taxes est défectueuse en dedans de deux semaines et on nous dit pas notre problème. On a été faire vérifier la pompe chez St Jean Richelieu Filtration et distribution et il nous on indiqué que la pompe est une pompe de 2020 et non 2022. En plus la même pompe de piscine est $375 chez St-jean Richelieu filtration pour une 2022. St Jean Richelieu filtration on réparée ma pompe sur place. N’acheter pas des équipements de piscine comme example une pompe chez Sima le prix est plus de 65% plus cher et aucune service après vente. Du vrai vol! Sima vient de nous perdre comme client, ils sont trop profiteurs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved to the area. Our new home has both a pool and a spa. I have never owned either one before. This company/store staff are super helpful ,patient,friendly and have taught this newbie a lot. They offer a comprehensive on the spot water analysis and recommend exactly what chemicals you need, the quantity and frequency you need. Their prices are reasonable. Even if if you don't live in the Chambly area they would be worth a trip and give you a chance to visit this beautiful area.☺☺☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told a price on the phone for an undercover for my pool liner. When I went to pick it up after 30 minutes of waiting to get in the store because of COVID ; once inside I’m told the undercover is almost twice the price with no possibility of refund even if the product will still wrapped . Manager was rude.
Next the found out the price at a competitor was half price.
This is the last time at the store ; taking advantage of the situation and the back order or absence of products during the COVID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Monday 18 May I arrive at 5:10PM because the store is open until 6pm and I get a pretty good service. 24hrs later on Tuesday 19 May I have to go back to retest my water, I show up at 5:30 but the store decided that it is now closing at 5pm. The lady shut the door in the face of 4 customers! Isn’t it the time to make money??? Not sure I will go back!!
