★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai acheté pour commencer un frigo et un ensemble laveuse sécheuses pour mettre dans un logement que je loue. Le frigo a eu un problème après 3 mois mais j’ai eu un excellent service et le problème a été réparé 45 min après avoir téléphoné, tard en soirée. Puisque j’avais été satisfait, j’ai décidé d’y retourner pour les electros pour mon logement, j’ai acheté un frigo et un four. La porte du frigo ouvrais dans le mauvais sens pour ma cuisine, mais lorsque j3e l’ai acheté, ce modèle la était “un modèle qu’ils recoivent 1 fois par semaine” et il devaient venir changer le sens d’ouverture de la porte dès qu’un autre dans le bon sens arrivait au magasin. 3 semaines plus tard le frigo s’est mis a couler et il a fait enflé le bas de mes armoires de cuisine neuves installées 1 mois avant. J’ai téléphoné et encore une fois le problème as été réglé très rapidement la même journée. Quelques semaine plus tard j’avais besoin de laveuses secheuses (même si je n’avais toujours pas eu ma porte de frigo dans le bon sens) j’ai décidé de leur faire confiance a nouveau. J’ai recu une laveuse qui ne fonctionnais pas et une sécheuse qui faisait un bruit d’enfer. J’ai téléphoné et ils sont revenus les chercher, j’avais pas envie d’attendre un autre 6 mois après une pièce! Donc presque 5 mois plus tard, je suis toujours en attente d’une porte si quelqu’un en voit passer une quelque part! J’ai des laveuses neuves achetés ailleurs et je magasine les frigo pour revendre celui la et en avoir un qui n’ouvre pas dans mon ilot de cuisine!
I bought to start a fridge and a washer-dryer set to put in a place that I rent. The fridge had a problem after 3 months but I had excellent service and the problem was fixed 45 minutes after I called late in the evening. Since I was satisfied, I decided to go back for the appliances for my accommodation, I bought a fridge and an oven. The fridge door opened in the wrong direction for my kitchen, but when I bought it, this model was “a model that they receive once a week” and they had to come and change the opening direction of the door. as soon as another in the right direction arrived at the store. 3 weeks later the fridge started to leak and it swelled the bottom of my new kitchen cabinets installed 1 month before. I called and again the problem was resolved very quickly the same day. A few weeks later I needed washer dryers (even though I still hadn't had my fridge door the right way) so I decided to trust them again. I got a washer that didn't work and a dryer that made a huge noise. I called and they came back to get them, I didn't want to wait another 6 months after a play! So almost 5 months later, I'm still waiting for a door if anyone sees one go through! I have new washers bought elsewhere and I shop the fridge to resell the one there and have one that doesn't open in my kitchen island!

et de bonne humeur. J'ai été bien conseillée, pourquoi + celui-là que l'autre.
On a même lavé mon plancher (lui + vite que moi) avant d'installer celui que je venais d'acheter. Aussi, j'ai eu un petit plus, sans frais additionnel.

and in a good mood. I was well advised, why + this one than the other.
We even washed my floor (him faster than me) before installing the one I had just bought. Also, I had a little extra, at no additional cost.

J'ai eu un problème avec le lave vaisselle et le service après vente était excellent, rapide et courtois. En plus ils donnent de leur temps et de leur expertise souvent sans compter. Je suis surpris par les autres commentaires négatifs parce nos différentes expériences avec eux ont toujours été vraiment très bonnes. Peut être là dedans se trouve un commentaire bidon provenant d'un concurrent?? Un concurrent mal intentionné m'avait dit des mauvaises choses sur ce commerçant, mais j'ai pu expérimenter qu'il avait tort. Donc merci à Mario et à tous ses collègues, je n'ai pas l'intention de changer d'endroit, vous êtes les meilleurs!
We have purchased 3 devices in this business and have always had excellent service. I had a problem with the dishwasher and the after sales service was excellent, prompt and courteous. In addition, they give of their time and their expertise, often without counting the cost. I am surprised by the other negative comments because our different experiences with them have always been really very good. Maybe in there is a bogus comment from a competitor ?? A malicious competitor had told me bad things about this trader, but I could experience that he was wrong. So thank you to Mario and all his colleagues, I don't intend to change places, you are the best!
