Assez décevant que vous ne conseillez pas adéquatement vos clients que de se mettre une salle pleine puissance au dessus de son garage avec de grandes fenêtres pourrait nuire à la qualité de vie/nuit du voisinage. Que ce n'est pas l'endroit adéquat que la vibration du système peut créer tension et friction avec le dit voisinage.
Quite disappointing that you do not adequately advise your customers that putting a full power room above their garage with large windows could affect the quality of life/night of the neighborhood. That it is not the adequate place that the vibration of the system can create tension and friction with said neighborhood.

Don’t know if they are competent but based on our initial conversation, I wouldn’t give them a contract. The guy was rude, blunt, overly abrupt, didn’t listen. He gave me 3 different prices for the same job while we discussed. I tried to clarify and ask questions to see where the difference lied, but was shoved off when it was clear he didn’t want to «  play customer service ». And I am not a client yet. Just imagine if you give them the contract and want to know what’s going on, or even if you are unhappy with the job... Can’t believe these guys are still in business with the way they treat potential customers... *update after owner's answer: I unfortunately can't say more than what I have since I did not take the time to note his name. I was at your store. Guy around fifty. I would suggest sending a few mistery shopper with simple service requests. I am all for improvement, but when you are a small company, how can you not know?
