I don’t usually write reviews but in this case, I had to because we are so happy with the end result of the sale of our home. Best decision we’ve ever made was to hire Trentadue Torres Group Re/Max Realty to sell our home. Nobody else will beat their services. After dealing with several other brokers in the Markham area and being disappointed, we were lucky to find Trentadue Torres Group. They have a great office environment, very nice and professional staff. They care about their clients and their agents are always updated with what’s going on in the market. They responded promptly to every text message, email and phone calls. They followed up with us and kept us updated constantly. We listed our home on a Friday and within two days Delores, Sandra and Kristy sold our home and managed to get us over $200K of our asking price – and by the way we were not listed low. They sent us their stagers who came in and provided us with a three-page list of what they thought we should do to help declutter and/or modernize the home. We took their advice seriously and did what they asked of us because they are the experts and they do this every day. If you are looking to get top dollars for your home, Trentadue Torres Group is who you need to hire. Delores’ team came in our home and gave our home a completely new and fresh look. We were completely blown away! Their professional photographer and videographer took amazing pictures and video (including drone) of our home. All I can say is WOW. I can’t speak highly enough of Delores, Sandra and Kristy. When it came down to the crunch, and an offer was presented, they contacted all agents that had previously viewed our homes and Kristy, Sandra and Delores worked their magic to get us another offer submitted. Now we had two and possibly a third one - WHAT? After numerous hours of going back and forth, they ended up selling our home firm for over $200K for a price that I never in my life thought we could get. Their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. They are genuinely good people. They have a passion for what they do and you can tell that they love their job as it reflects in the services they provide. I would highly recommend this fabulous team if you are in the market to sell or buy a home. They will not disappoint you.
