H	Hanah Hye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New location in Stouffville. Very clean and great spot to chill with a cup of coffee. I recently tried their foam caramel cinnamon macchiato and their cold Brew. Both were delicious and the former was basically a dessert in a cup. If you're coming to work with your laptop, make sure it's adequately charged. Unfortunately, quite a few of the outlets were not working ...which is quite surprising given it was just built and opened.

Staff did not put the lid on properly causing the coffee to spill on my arm and hand. The staff at the window gave me 3 napkins. There was no offer of help or treatment not even ice. There was not even an offer to give a new drink. Upon returning to work I called the store and asked to speak with the manager and was given a male whom I was told was the supervisor on shift. He told me the incident was my fault despite informing him the lid was not on properly. He stated once the cup leaves the hand of employees all responsibility is on the customer. I advised him the employee let go once the drink started to spill and I had a passenger who could verify. He stated I was wrong and when asked how he would know as he was not at the window he had no response. I informed him this was not acceptable and he continued to place blame on me the customer. I requested a Manager or owner of the location contact me to discuss how this issue has been handled. He stated he would have them call me. When I asked if he was going to take any of my information he stated no we have caller ID and hung up on me. I have not heard from anyone regarding the situation. I understand accidents happen but, the manner in which the situation was handled and to place blame on the customer is not acceptable. Im hoping to hear from someone as this situation and complete disregard for the customer is extremely concerning.
C	C P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful to finally have a Starbucks in Stouffville. Very busy location. Barista's are very good. They have cookies, croissants, slices of banana bread etc. Great selection of lunch sandwiches and salads.
C	C Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Starbucks location makes errors on food orders. I have ordered breakfast sandwiches multiple times and each time they have gotten the order wrong. Make sure to check the sandwiches before taking the bags home. My name is correct, the label is correct, but the actual sandwich is a surprise every time!
T	Terry P. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks coffee in Stouffville is now open featuring a drive-thru renowned for its great coffee, excellent pastries and desserts. Staff were extremely friendly this morning.It can get very busy inside in the mornings and at lunch time. Coffee was very good.

J	Joanna Leibold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the absolute best service of any starbucks i’ve ever been to (i’ve been to quite a few in my lifetime). the staff are always so friendly and upbeat, and always greet me by name. the mobile orders are the quickest i’ve seen and they’ll even hand it straight to me when I come to pick it up. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff here, they did an amazing job hiring!!

Made me a new one and made me pay for it. So essentially I spent 12$ on a coffee. The lady in charge was pretty intolerant to what I had to say. I was smiling the whole time and she was pretty much at me. Definitely not going here anymore.
