★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love me some Shawarma! I'll say, Osmows is good in a pinch! It's not up to the highest quality of Shawarma you can get, but still good for fast food!

Workers there are unprofessional, I was the first one to walk into the store and placed my order (Medium Chicken on the Stix) but the last person to receive it. I waited 20 minutes for my order and when I asked the workers if he started, he asked me”What was my order?” So I repeated myself the 1st time. Then not even 30 seconds later, the same worker there asked me “You ordered a poutine?” At this point I repeated myself again with a stern voice. When I finally received my order, the worker didn’t even give a decent portion for my order. I was fed up at this point and walked out. You guys honestly have to reconsider who to hire. INCOMPETENT! I could have went and made my own order myself and left by the time they completed my order I’ll be never coming back to this location again (P.S if the guy who made my order has a chance to read this review, I got one thing to tell you, If you’re working somewhere, regardless what it is, give your 100% wherever you are, be grateful that you have a job during these rough times. If you don’t like it there then leave.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not generous with portion sizes. If i am paying $12 for a meal, it should be enough to feed one person at least. They are very stingy with quantity. Better to buy something else in the plaza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order was placed through UberEats. About an hour and a half passes, and it's still being made. I get fed up waiting and drive to the store to find out that the person working there didn't complete the order on the UberEats app, so my food has been waiting on the counter for over an hour and is now cold. This exact issue has occurred several times already.
Today, the same thing happened so I called to ask if they forgot to update the app. The person working there gave excuses that made no sense. They said, 1) the salad was frozen, so we're waiting; and then immediately said after 2) it's rush hour, and the owner says that we have to prioritize walk ins, so we're working on those. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, then immediately after hanging up, my order was magically completed and a driver was sent to pick up the order. I can't say for certain, but it seems pretty apparent that they forgot to update the app again. Instead of just owning up to the mistake, they have to make up lies and belittle the customers.
Other times, I've received incorrect orders, luckily UberEats reimburses for that.
It's sad to see such a great franchise being tarnished by a few bad employees. I think they need to be reminded or retrained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am very disappointed! I was there yesterday (April 20 ) and a girl I don’t know her name served me she was very rude to me even rude to her co worker who was very polite and kind.. I don’t understand how he could take her rudeness ..he was very professional and helpful.. I felt really bad for him.. please teach that girl some manners and how to behave at a workplace.that guy was talking in english But she was replying in some other language.. I don’t like seeing unprofessional people working behind the counter and treating customers and co workers bad..if you are reading this please fix your self and be thankful you got a job in this rough time. Anyway overall the food was tasty but I am still not giving 5 star because of her behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of food is pretty bad...I will not be going to any Osmows store in the future. It's a disgrace that they even get to call it a shawarma. Charging extra for little things like Hummus ? Never heard of such robbery... oh and don't get me started with how stale and non flavorful their chicken and beef are. If it isn't for their heart attack causing white sauce, you won't taste anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty and fresh, it was fairly busy with a couple of large orders when I was here. Still got my food relatively fast for only 2 people working there. I tried the Saj for the first time. Like a tortilla only thinner, was quite nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had sandwiches here twice before and they were very good. Yesterday, not good at all. They were out of beef and this was Saturday around 4pm. Ordered 2 large chicken with everything. Got one small and one large with nothing but lettuce. Server was a trainee and I understand this however, do not put a trainee on when it is prime time and when you are training someone, have support watching over.
