★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of the best subs I have ever tasted. I ordered them for all my family, my staff, my colleagues and even my boss and his two assistant managers thought it was a good call and all raved about how good their lunch was! Thank you, Warren Luong, for delivering the order to me and for making me look good this Christmas 2020 amid the pandemic. Firehouse subs truly live up to their mission: hearty and flavourful food, heartfelt service and looking after public safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time, AVOID!! We visit Firehouse almost weekly and the last time we were there, I watched them forget the sauce on my sandwich (thankfully I reminded the guy before it was too late). This time, my boyfriend picked it up on his way home from work and brought it home for us to eat. We got changed and sat down to eat when we noticed that our sandwiches were both missing most of the ingredients. My veggie sub didn’t have cheese, was missing the sauce (again!!), and had less than half as many toppings as usual. My boyfriend’s sandwich was MISSING THE MEAT - what!!? - as well as having few toppings and missing some of his choices. We had to get changed again, drive back, and the staff were completely apathetic to the situation. They asked for details of what was missing so they could “educate” the staff. Making us happy or fixing our dinner was secondary. Shocking. We had to ask more than once for a refund. Will unfortunately not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here almost every week. Absolutely love their subs. The only complaint I have is the staff and the way they greet everyone when you walk in the door. It’s like they are forced to put on a smile and act sarcastically happy. Please stop, just act normal, and stop asking for my name, I prefer a number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium subs without premium sauces. You can buy an expensive Steak and cheese, but don't expect steak sauce or garlic aioli. All they have is mustard, mayo or BBQ sauce. Not truly premium. Pretenders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh wow!! I’m completely stuffed now that I’m done just a sub! So, first off, really good quality subs with some full flavoured ingredients. If you’re comparing prices to the generic sub places out there, it’s a couple dollars here and there but the amount of protein you’re getting is 3 times more than other places and the meats are rich in flavours. So before you ask for the large, make sure you’re hungry. I’m a big guy and the large was very filling. Normally I want soup and cookies but wouldn’t be able to finish if I got them!!
The place is clean and staff is consistent and provide table service. The theme and idea is the restaurant is a nice idea, you can even help support first responder by rounding up your change in your purchase. Gratifying in more ways than just filling a hunger. Not going anywhere else for my subs unless I have to!

Got the Italian Sub as a salad, with cheese and iceberg lettuce instead of Romain. Ohhh my goodness it's good.
Extra Italian dressing on side there's 2 but I removed 1 already.
All the veggies on it too.
It's a huge salad, picture doesn't do it justice.
