★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoover Park Canadian Tire location Stouffville... $35 order .. waited 12 minutes in store for food to be prepared... Not busy 4:00pm Sunday afternoon... 3 orders of fries .. room temperature.. burgers very sloppy build ..way too much mustard .. extremely disappointed.. management should fix problems or give store back to A&W Corporate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location was quite the disappointment. The wait times can be pretty ridiculous and this is due to the fact that they don’t staff enough employees. On the other hand, the food wasn’t fresh and on the contrary tasted raw as the burgers weren’t cooked properly. Such a shame cause this A&W has potential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This A&W doesn't want you to use coupon. I ordered and paid for 2 mozza burger combo. They later said there's no mozza and can only offer teen burger. They should offer an upgrade instead of a downgrade. I asked for a refund, he was shocked and reluctant to do so. The refund isn't the usual refund receipt and I still have to follow up with visa to confirm. Really disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best A&W in the Markham/Stouffville area. This location is fairly spaced out and has the original feel of those old fashion diners, with all the modern amenities. The food was good and we found a nice nook for just our family and friends to eat in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. Ordered two combos that somehow amounted to $45. We waited at the window for a good 10 minutes when a man came and asked us what we ordered and how many burgers. He seemed confused so we told him what we ordered and asked for the receipt. He ignored us. We got our bags and asked for the receipt again. They called the guy back who initially asked us to clarify our order and before even handing us the receipt he told us they may have overcharged us. I understand mistakes happen but he very OBVIOUSLY knew they overcharged us and decided not to tell us and did not give us our receipt when we asked the first time and hoped we would just take our order and leave. Absolutely hate the dishonesty especially since he looked like he was the person in charge. This location has integrity issues so make sure you check to see what you’re being charged for. Not coming back to this location.
