Matthew was an amazing agent for me as a first time home buyer with a growing family. He was able to break down nuances about the market into terms that we could readily understand and was always willing to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!) Even though he had other listings and clients that he was dealing with I never once felt that we weren’t a priority of his, always available and willing to take a call, answer a text, or go see a property. Matthew was a true professional through and through, he was always on time to any listings we would go see, and he also never forced us to put in any offers that we didn’t feel were the right fit for our family. I admired this about him because in a market where bidding wars are common, Matthew never pressured us to bid more than we were comfortable with.
