He has a wealth of knowledge and experience with different types of homes as well as building construction and things to look out for when looking for your home. He's always quick to respond back to any questions or concerns you may have on a particular home. If Steve doesn't know the answer to something on the spot, he works hard to find the answers soon after. He's a very honest professional throughout the entire process and maintains a high level of integrity throughout. Overall it was a fantastic experience working with him. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Century 21 are fabulous realtors with selling and buying. We worked with Stephen Moore, an excellent agent whom we had the pleasure of working with. He listed our condo in October and within a few days we sold and received over asking! He was thorough and professional and great to work with.
This was not our first selling a home but it was the first time we really felt the agent knew his business. He came to the initial meeting with our daughters as we were living out of town and he provided them with very helpful information and explained his process in a way that definitely showed his expertise in real estate. On top of that followed up with us giving the same information. It was a quick and amazing process
Stephen never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

They put in lots of effort in showing us a variety of places for market knowledge. In the end we couldn’t find anything we liked so we decided to sell our condo to increase our buying power. The condo was tenanted and Brittany put in 110% when communicating with us and the tenant for staging and showings. She even went into the unit prior to showings to make sure the condo was tidy and show ready. I highly recommend this team at Realtors Collective. Condo is sold and we were able to purchase our dream home!

Fletcher Ivey is a great realtor!
He is naturally personable but what truly makes Fletcher exceptional is his genuine effort to provide his clients with the best possible service.
Fletcher was extremely attentive to the wishes of my husband and I, both as buyers and sellers in this volatile real estate market. In the case of our sale, he then went on to deal competently and efficiently with all the myriad details that lead to a successful sale. In addition, Fletcher was amazingly prompt returning calls and getting us answers to our many questions. He was not adverse to relying on the proficient team at Century 21 in Stouffville. Teamwork with clients and his team is a basic tenet to Mr. Fletcher’s success. Lastly, Fletcher’s suggestions to enhance the sale of our home were valid and timely.
Notwithstanding his people skills, Fletcher honestly evaluated our wants with his professional expertise and knowledge of the market. This inevitably led to a very satisfying experience and profitable sale for us!
