My wife and I couldn’t stop talking about how passionate each member of the team is. We have already asked our family and friends to try it out. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always enjoy OHM's hot yoga classes. They have a variety of teachers and different kinds of class which I enjoy. I have gone to a lot of yoga classes with one of the teachers Dawn and always enjoy her classes and her playlists, I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to OHM Hot Yoga for a little more than half a year. I don't know how to spell their names, the owners/operators, but they're both very welcoming, very friendly, and very competent individuals. The instructors are diverse, friendly, and, in general, are very good at their jobs. I would even go so far as to say that a few of the instructors, not naming names, are legitimately incredible at what they do. The studio is... its a hot yoga studio. Seen one, seen em' all, you know? Like, it has all the things that a hot yoga studio has. Like, close your eyes and picture a hot yoga studio. Yup, that's exactly what OHM's like. Its a bit smaller than some of the bigger studios, which can make for a more intimate practice space, but other than that, its all relatively standard. But yeah, in general, I have nothing but good things to say about this place and these people. It's all good times, and my back doesn't hurt as much as it used to. So I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OHM Hot Yoga studio is one of Stouffville's best hidden gems. It's a terrific place to learn yoga, the moment you walk into the studio you will feel at home. I love OHM's commitment to providing a warm inviting space and a wonderful group of teachers who cater to all levels and interests levels of yoga. I always feel the benefits of stretching, relaxing, engaging and letting go at the end of every class. I highly recommend this studio to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time doing hot yoga was at their grand opening. It was nice and clean. The instructor was very accommodating. She knew right away that I was a beginner and helped me out when I needed it without having to ask! She was really attentive to everyone. Joined up for a year ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am fairly new to yoga. I’ve gone a few times here and there at various locations. I only decided to try out Ohm hot yoga, because my friend was raving about it. Honestly, how exciting could yoga possibly be for someone to rave about it, was my first thought. So I decided to show up to one of the classes and take advantage of their introductory package. This was quite possibly the best decision I made for my health and well being. The studio is clean and organized and has ample parking space. The instructors are amazing and really work with you to perfect each pose without making you feel uncomfortable. I’ve suffered from chronic neck pain for ages and I can without a doubt say that consistently adding classes at this studio has significantly improved my pain.
For anyone hesitant or on the fence about checking this studio out, I highly recommend it and you won’t be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to ohm yoga for over a month now. (Trial package)The environment is nice and calm and CLEAN. Staffs are welcoming. I have Tried every instructors. I LOVE all of them. Rachel is my fav. She always has a smile on her face. Her powerful and beautiful energy warms my heart. She is also very detailed on all the poses. Always answer my questions. I enjoyed the experience there. Originally I was going to sign up for gym after this. But i renewed another 6month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm obsessed with Ohm hot yoga! I joined last month and try to go as often as I can, it's such a great place to practice. The teachers are knowledgeable, kind and positive. The classes are geared to all levels, with variations given once you learn more advanced asanas. There are many classes, from the more gentle to the more vigorous, and all are great! It is clean and modern, and the heat is perfect. I've gone to a few studios and it is my favourite by far!
