I can always depend on this location to have good quality, no rips or holes in the clothes, polite staff, and cute decor. The change rooms are a good size and I love how it’s on a different level than where you go shopping! My favourite thing about this place is actually how great the location is. It’s surrounded by other foodie places and shops, and it’s a five minute walk from the train station.

I bought most if not all of my sport wear there; great brand names like Lululemon, Nike, Columbia, Adidas in great conditions. The customer service is excellent, always friendly and courteous. I would 100% recommend Trends to anyone. Plus they are dog friendly store.

First time they told me they had hold my cheque for another month because of covid and how it impacted them, second time I came in the next month they said it would be ready for the following distribution, so once again I go in last month and ITS NOT READY yet the month before I was told it would be. Now I come today AND it’s closed because of a power outage. I just want my 4 month late cheque and never consign with you again. This is ridiculous.

Everything is organized beautifully- it doesn’t feel like a second hand store at all. It always feels like I’m walking into my favourite store. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. If you haven’t been here, you must!

Not only do they have great hours that match my schedule, but they are always friendly, they always have a great variety of items to peruse and try on, and best of all? They're DOG FRIENDLY! The owner sometimes brings in her two senior pups, who are so sweet, but you can also bring in your fur babies! That's how you'll get me into your store for sure. Just sayin'. Anyways, come to Trend!
