★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I made an inquiry to consign some of my tops, cocktail dresses, etc. I was told I could bring them in but it would take 2 to 5 days to look at FYI. What was most appauling was I was told they had to be brought in garbage bags or reusable bags only! Are you kidding me? My cherished and beloved clothing including dresses in cheap bags especially garbage? Nope. I keep all my clothing in garment bags upon transporting them for protection. Shocking how this is how they only accept clothing... who knows how the clothing is handled afterwards.... won't be consigning here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the owner of the store isn't welcoming to some of the customers who are as welcoming towards her. I rarely review anything unless my personal rights are violated, and here the owner thought she could violate them by not being kind to me. I visited the store when I lived in Calgary. The owner clearly held a personal grudge against me as soon as I entered the store, (which was reductive and unprofessional of her) which I certainly did not deserve. I am actually not a regular consignment shopper, however I always expect to be treated with the utmost respect in all boutiques I enter. It is my human right obviously. I suggest the owner change her attitude now as there are other individuals who shared similar negative experiences/reviews with me. The owner needs to start taking full responsibility for her actions towards those she doesn't "personally" like as well. Due to her own inexcusable issue she is held accountable here. I recommend she apologizes to those individuals she thought she could mistreat. As a store owner you are to treat everyone in a professional manner whether you like them or not personally. She should know that. On a positive note, I would recommend shopping at the near by KISMET instead which is not a consignment store, however the owner there carries some very beautiful modern/ethical fashions. I have even worn some of Kismet's fashions for some of my photo/video shoots/music performances. Shopping there is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!!! we pulled in ten mins to close and lauren (idk if that’s how you spell her name but she was the MOST AMAZING employee) ushered us in and helped us find some killer jeans and shirts and epic stuff DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ April 28th 2022 around 5:00pm, I dropped off one bag of my cherished clothes and dresses at Peacock kingsinton store for consignment for the first time. There was this very beautiful girl working in the store. She asked me to fill out the form to including my name, email and phone. Nothing else. She didn’t give me a receipt or anything back. I knew what items i left in the bag but felt a bit uneasy about not having a proof of all the good items I left in the store. Should I be worried?

Clothes are always in excellent condition, all staff is patient, respectful and kind. Great variety of fun, professional and designer clothes. Prices are reasonable for the quality and trendiness.
