It is a mini universal studies right in the heart of trendy Kensington, Alberta. Each room is designed beautifully, with so much detail and tech in each room it adds another level of intricacy. Not only that there are two beautiful bars, two lobby areas, a massive modern designed party room, and shots and drinks that match the theme of each room. You can truly spend all evening here with friends, family, or book a group event. You can also have food catered, or just enjoy a drink on the patio during the summer. The staff always go above and beyond from the moment you walk in the doors and really help immerse you into the story of the themed room you are doing. It’s truly a magical place and you can tell that the heart and soul of the owners is poured into every detail of this business. If you are looking for something fun to do, want to enjoy some fun themed drinks or a place to host an event or birthday party (of any age!) this is the place to do it! Every time I’ve done an escape room here I am truly amazed by the puzzles, tech, decor, drinks, atmosphere, and all the fun passionate staff. I can’t say enough good things about Trapped Calgary. You have to check it out to truly see how fun, beautiful and amazing this place is!

We did the carnival, room 057 and the ancient pyramid. The details are extraordinary, the puzzles were challenging and staff was lovely! We will definitely return!

Thea had the best energy and helped us feel excited and confident prior to even entering the room! (We were nervous heading in and she was supportive and even got us to do some breathing!) She was helpful with hints! Prior to going into the room had asked that our hints not be too helpful, if we had to ask for them. She had a great balance of being helpful, supportive, and fun! Huge thanks Trapped for showing us a great time! Sorry it took ages to put this review in!
0	007 Airsoft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 9 and 5 years old for their ancient Egypt themed escape room today. The place is renovated with class, with clean and well kept washroom facilities. Staff are top notch and I even met the owner Kelly. The escape room itself was cleverly designed with high tech traps and workings. Ambient was set well with lighting, sound and decor. We needed a few help here and there but ultimately had a great time (including the 5 yr old). We busted out of there with 4 mins left. Good job Trapped Calgary! We will be back and referring more patrons.

They accommodated my needs and everything was very neat, along with noticing that things, including the masks, were sanitized. The staffs were great to interact with, especially our game master, Jayden, who was an absolute joy to talk to before and after our escape room. Will come back again soon to try out the other rooms!

It was a very high-tech, immersive experience. The atmosphere they created in the room was excellent in making us believe we were actually in the situation described in the storyline. The staff was also very friendly. The facilities in the waiting area are classy and clean. The escape rooms and puzzles are extremely well-designed. We will definitely be going back to do some of the other escape rooms available at this facility.

This facility is incredible, and we can without hesitation say - this is the best facility we've ever attended (and we've done a few of these throughout Canada). The lounge space is perfect for large groups of 20-40 people, and its just beautiful to sit in. We loved the group lockers for your items, and thought that it was nice to have them based on the room, rather than independent lockers. The rooms are so well thought out, the actors in the rooms add immense suspense to the space, the puzzles are clever but also able to be accomplished by newbies, and the gamemasters are without a doubt the most professional and humorous bunch we've ever encountered. We loved how there was no limit on clues, the point was to have fun. The themed alcoholic shots that they bring halfway through are so cool! 20/10!!!! One of our favorite experiences here. Would highly recommend as a Fun Christmas party for any corporate event. They certainly know how to run an event and keep everyone engaged! Well done! Thanks again!
n	nomad_paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best escape rooms in the city! We tried the Chaos Effect room, not too hard but also not easy. Great for 4 or more players! All staff were amazing and really good actors! We also had a ‘halftime shots’ to improve our logical thinking (it didn’t). Trapped has a lot of rooms available, bar drinks, snacks, board games and function room for corporate parties. Only problem we had was the parking. But we expected that on a Friday night at Kensington. Definitely coming back!
