It made clever use of their theme and almost all aspects of the room were interactive. They were attentive, professional, and accommodating. Highly recommended.
K	Kayla Palczewski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time playing two online games tonight! We played Seven Dwarfs and Neverland and Pip did a great job of being a helpful and fun game master! Both games were fun, but I would recommend Neverland first as there were less hands on/tangible puzzles that make a virtual game a little more frustrating.
H	Heather Barkema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband, daughter (8), son (6) and I went and did the Triwizard escape room. This was mine and the kids first time doing one. It was so much fun! It was the perfect level of difficulty so the kids were able to figure out some of the clues on their own! My son has never done well with loud noises and in the one room there were a few bangs which stressed him out a bit, there were a few tears and we were running out of time which lead to a few more tears as he wanted to finnish the triwizzard challenge (he is a huge Potter fan). Lily, one of the AMAZING employees there came to the rescue, she joined us in the room, would give my son a warning before a loud noise was coming so he was ready and could cover his ears. She helped my daughter with some clues and allowed us a few more minutes (and hints haha) so the kids could pass the challenge. It was so heartwarming seeing someone care so much. She was so kind and caring and truly seemed to love her job! She even took a moment and offered to take a family photo of the four of us in one of the rooms before we left, even though she had the next group waiting. Lily you rock! We can not wait to come back and do another room!!! The Barkema's

You can feel that every room/experience was designed by a very talented, knowledgeable and passionate team. The game hosts are super helpful. Very happy that they keep adding new rooms and new themes. Cannot wait to try their newest one that I have heard is about to launch
