S	S Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time doing one of these and it was a fun experience. The staff did great in describing what was expected and what we would need to do. The rooms are set up in a great manner and in a way that helped my group get through the puzzles. The hint system they have set up is very helpful and easy to use, just ask and you shall receive. I enjoyed the theme of the room very much, it really did feel like we were on an adventure. I did the novice room but there are more difficulty levels for those looking for more.

B	Barb Sheldon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with 7 family members, ages 15- 70, and we were all impressed! The room itself was really engaging, very clever puzzles. We all appreciated the fact that at the end, Rob took his time with us, inquiring as to how we liked the room, what could have been done better, and answered all our questions. He was very friendly and courteous- I've done a few escape rooms before and have never had one on one time like that with the staff. It was a great way to end an awesome activity on a cold day! The facility is very clean and well set us as well. Great work, we will be back!

A	Anne Tseu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best escape room experiences! Everyone on our team agreed that the room we did with the genie was really fun. It was a different experience than other escape rooms, in a great way. All the clues made sense and our game master Laura was amazing. Super supportive and helpful, also very funny. Lucas was also a great introduction to the game. Will definitely be coming back:)
C	Cayenne McIntosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was great! They offered three different clue difficulty levels which was nice. So if you wanted constant help to make sure you got through the room you could have that, or some help, or no help at all. We didn’t win but we had a really good time.
A	Amber D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this Escape Hour before but today was rediculous... online it says the room is available so we drive from the SW to book it in person since no one answered the phone. No one answers the buzzer when we get here, so I call and the lady says to book online but also says that the room is already booked.. which makes no sense because online it said I could still book it for over an hour from now. Anyhow, our time was wasted and we didn't get a room. Highly disappointing. The 2 stars is for 1 good room in the past... will be taking our business elsewhere.
S	SomeRandom Dude on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very refreshing to see a different style of escape room. More focused on brain puzzles than dexterity and physical solving. Very balanced mix of types of puzzles. While the aesthetics may not be as polished as some other Escape Rooms, it felt more...homey? The waiting room was in an odd configuration but that doesnt matter much. The office floor has been converted into escape rooms so it is a little out of place. The difficulty system is much different from other escape rooms and it feels instead of presenting a challenge they offer an experience with the end goal to have fun instead of causing frustration. The gentleman running this place when we came was very friendly and took good care of us. In the end, this was the most fun and best experience I have had at an escape room! (I have been to 4 locations doing around 6 escape rooms). Will be coming back for sure
