★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish with Trademark flooring regarding the purchase of carpet and under pad and of course an awesome work of installation. The sale manager Kylee and the installer helped us to choose the right carpet and underneath pad. Everything was done on a timely manner as we were expecting. The installer also was very professional and cleaned after all of his work.
We truly appreciate each and every staff we met at the store who showed a high level of customer cares.

It took us a while to decide on the type of flooring, and a few rounds of samples to finally decide, and they were helpful throughout. We were happy with the installation of both carpet in the bedrooms and vinyl throughout the main floor, the installers paid attention to all the details.

We were very pleased with the installation of our carpet. The installer was very careful with the walls and baseboards since our carpet installation was the last step in our basement remodel. I am very satisfied with the result. Affordable prices and excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trademark supplied and installed all the flooring,back splash and stone for feature walls/fireplaces for my self build. They were competitively priced and the workmanship was great. After 1 year I had a small issue with the leather floor moving as it is a floating floor. When I contacted them they sent the installer to fix the issue within a couple days at no cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Won't reply days after work completed. Less than 1 yr being closed for Pandemic. They claim user abuse. How when we were closed. Had less than 10 events. Owner wouldn't respond to all the complaints. Literally took over 13 thousand from a Community League!
